This is applicable for a developed building as well. You can sell your TDR to someone else or you can use it at some other place.

Yes, for built up property, you may not be able to use TDR properly yourself. So, it is better to sell the rights.
is bunglow project allowed in Green zone ( zone under muncipality )
Green Zone means the land is purely dedicated for agricultural activities in a bid to preserve the environment.
