Hello; An experience of mine (shared it with another audience too): Recently, in one of chin injection sessions, just in the first injection point with a G25 needle (Perfectha, Subskin type filler) in the midline on the pogonion and deep in the supraperiosteal plane (chin already pinched up when inserting the needle), I aspirated and a vigorous flux of blood filled the hub of the syringe. A few millimetres superior and inferior to that point aspirations were negative (and I am a 10-second aspirator) and other injections were done smoothly. As injectors we have a pretty high level of confidence around the chin based on anatomical mastery but better not; in the chin area even safest points for injection could be unsafe and reports on (although infrequent) adverse events prove that.
You are the absolute best! Such a great teacher. The way you explain everything makes it easy to translate to patient. 😊 I can't believe how much I've learned from you.
I hope everyone appreciates the generosity of your teaching method! Are you have such an easy way to explain techniques. I believe that you have a great eye for aesthetics . Thank you so much. I hope that everyone subscribe to your channel so that you can continue to put out educational content.
So many chin filler procedures just look like a round glob...I've been looking for a technique that looked more square like Blake Lively, Megan Fox, and actually yours! Thank you for this great explanation!!
Dan i’m a doctor living in Russia. unfortunately last month i lost my all access to premium videos after 1/2 year subscription because of payments restrictions . I love your videos . How can i join back ? Thank you best wishes💐
Inject two boluses at each bump, and avoid injecting directly in the centre. If the cleft is too visible afterwards, then I'll place a little in the centre. Also, please cancel your RUclips premium channel and joining my Patreon. It's more affordable and less is taken from me. You can cancel your RUclips account by by clicking on your icon, then choosing subscriptions. Here's the link to my Patreon. www.patreon.com/danestheticsmedical Thank you for your patience with this transition! Dan
I want to know what happens after a year. I've seen this video: ruclips.net/video/8KEhhXzRtCM/видео.html seems like the filler moves underneath the chin after a while, adding mass

What if you have a cleft in the center? How do you preserve this and still create projection?

Dan
thanks for the video, you rekon mesotherapy with HA is safe as long as the HA deposition is smaller than 0.04 ml??
Sure, but you won’t get any projection in the chin unless you use at least 0.2-0.3 mls of product
@@danestheticsmedical thank you:)
I wish someone would talk about the people that want chin filler but don't want to lose their indent in the middle that's referred to * butt chin
