Tom, your birch Viking bowl and spoon are beautifully crafted. I'm a fan of Beavercraft woodworking tools. I've been carving spoons and other things for about a year. Now, I want to try making a bowl and kuksa. Thanks for sharing how you made the bowl with us.
I like your Viking bowl! Very creative idea and well done. Hope to see the knife design go forward, it looks pretty awesome! Thanks for another great video Tom!
Hi Tom. What a nice and beautiful viking bowl. You are a real master of timber. You bowl is really nice. I am very happy for your new announcement of collaboration with that gear company. Very nice thank you tom!!👍👍🤠🤠 also I am very happy with my beavercraft tools. I use them today to carve out a spoon out of a sassafras tree we cut down yesterday. This is fun stuff thank you Tom!
Awesome bowl. Doing things by hand is important, it's more about the journey than the destination...something that's lost in today's 'gotta have it now' society. Cheers

Greetings again from Nova Scotia, Canada. Fantastic job on your new Viking bowl Tom. I'm still working on a decent spoon for now and hope someday I'll make a bowl as well. I ended up having a special drink ( beer) on your behalf while watching this video. Look forward to your next adventure. Take care brother.

Great video and great ideas Tom. Raining here also so was almost like being there with you. Glad to see you've still got all of your fingers despite all of the Elastoplast's...🤣🇬🇧👍
Ha ha that’s right Kevin 😉👍🏻 it’s difficult not to get a cut or two during a carving process but I still have all my fingers 👌🏻 Atb to you my friend 🏕🔥🌲 Tom
Tom, Wow. That bowl looks great. A lot of hours I am sure. The reward is a fine looking bowl that you made. It is fantastic. I could only hope that my first Kuksa comes out like your stuff. I hope that your viking knife deal goes through for you. And congrats on being asked to agree to the forger to reproduce your skillet. I have what we call a squirrel cooker here, back when I was heavily engaged in Civil War reenacting. But to produce the skillet is great. It is thin and it heats up fast and cooks fast based on height above flame. Plus it is light enough to throw in a pack. One can't cook an egg with a squirrel cooker. Lol. Your video spot was great. I saw another video in which you filmed in spring with the beech trees. Absolutely beautiful. You have such great places to go at your disposal. But you said, and of which I took with gaining wisdom, that one doesn't need to go into the depths of the wilderness to enjoy bushcrafting, a small wooded area can and would suffice. That is very true because I am one of those that can't easily gain access to large expanses of wilderness but do have available sections of woods in which to enjoy. Thank you for your wisdom and knowledge. I have learned and been inspired by you in many ways. ATB.
Thanks a lot Scottie 😁👍🏻 I’m glad you chose to come along again and enjoying the afternoon together with me. And yes … we don’t have much wilderness here in Denmark 🇩🇰 so we have to find the small isolated places that can give you that calm and relaxation so one can charge the mental batteries and be able to face a new week 😊. Thanks again my friend for the kindness and support your giving me 🏕🔥 Tom
Wow your wood carving tutorial is very popular! I enjoyed it very much Nice to see that you use the same beaver craft gouges as I do, although some times I cheat, and use some less than traditional methods, it all depends on how anxious I get to see the shape in my hand from my mind, Any way it's great to create in wood, and to watch you transform your birch log into something special!
Ha ha yeah I know that feeling Rubert 😉👍🏻 and that’s why I made the spoon on my machine Appreciate your feedback my friend and looking forward to seeing you again 🤗🏕🔥Tom

Greetings again from Nova Scotia, Canada. Fantastic job on your new Viking bowl Tom. I'm still working on a decent spoon for now and hope someday I'll make a bowl as well. Tom,
Wow.
Thanks again my friend for the kindness and support your giving me 🏕🔥
Tom

Hi Clifford 😊 nice to meet you
Hope your enjoying my videos and appreciate your support very much. 🏕🔥🌲☀️🪵Tom
Wow your wood carving tutorial is very popular!
I enjoyed it very much
Nice to see that you use the same beaver craft gouges as I do, although some times I cheat, and use some less than traditional methods, it all depends on how anxious I get to see the shape in my hand from my mind,
Any way it's great to create in wood, and to watch you transform your birch log into something special!
Ha ha yeah I know that feeling Rubert 😉👍🏻 and that’s why I made the spoon on my machine
Appreciate your feedback my friend and looking forward to seeing you again 🤗🏕🔥Tom
