- This workout challenge is to reduce your waist and increase your hips in 10 days. Perfect for all us women who want wider hips and a small waist quickly. Exercises to do at home where you will also work out your abdomen and glutes. You will find more challenges on my RUclips channel Susana Yábar.

I'm on my Day 23 doing these workout. My boyfriend noticed that I have this hourglass body shape, thanks to you Ms. Susana. Aside from it reduces your waistline, I assure you it helps you grow your butt, and I love the results. Gonna do this everyday 😊

I'm on Day 4 and I'm seeing great results. I don't have a tape measurer but I was a 🚪 now I'm starting to be a ⏳. I do the workout twice a day
What all did u eat
mochagoddess24 In the morning: eggs w/peppers and cheese, pita bread, and a smoothie (mixed berries,peanut butter,banana,almond milk,yogurt). Lunch: oatmeal,salad,sandwich, or a grilled cheese
Dinner : Rice w/ beans and grilled chicken , pasta with sautéed veggies and tomato sauce, I don’t make dinner but if I do this are my go to
Snacks: anything I chest here sometimes , oranges, bananas, tortilla chips, devil dogs, pop chips,
Extra: I drink at least 2 cups of green tea a day, at least a half a gallon of lemon water (which is surprisingly with the workouts)
I don’t drink milk as much and that has really helped

Terrific exercise! I got great results! I did it for 10 days!! But I wish you would rest for 30 seconds before going another set, my arms are killing me!

So I started the workout today 17 September 2019

Will upload on 27 September 2019, hopefully I see changes 😀, also I won't forget to update.
UPDATE
So I did the workout for 3days afterwards I got really sick and lost a lot of weight for a week but I promised an update so here it is
Waist 26.5
Hips 33.5
So I lost an inch in my hips, I really did feel the thighs burning but I did sweat a lot and burnt too many calories so I’d advice you to eat at least 500 calories before workout everyday, Cuz you will burn a lot!. Now that I’m not sick anymore I’d restart the challenge and give another update in 10 days see you oct 8. May 10 2020: so I got lazy and don’t finish the work last year but with this quarantine I have a lot of time on my hands so I guess I’ll be starting another 10 days challenge for you guys that just stumbled upon this and want to know if it works see you may 20 (this time I’ll come back 😂). Waist 27 Hips 35 (I used a tape rule) weight 54kg. May 20 2020: waist 27, hips 35.5, weight 54.2kg ... in conclusion it may be working but you hardly see a difference cuz I actually ate a lot during the 10 days... if you like the workout I suggest you do it 3 times daily ❤️

It's December 2019. What's update? If still losing hips maybe include more lean fats in diet like avocado, chicken, nuts etc
