we’re on the exact same journey. ive also been doing the 75 challenge very gently and at my own pace. mentally and emotionally, it’s been better for me that way. i’m on week 4. keep going and continue to go at YOUR pace ❤
My 5 days workout I work 16 hours twice a week so cant do the 7 days.... 10 minutes reading, take pictures every Thursday, drink half of my weight in water , alcohol when im out and only 2 drinks

Im so late but your video is what inspired me to do the 75 soft in the first place, & I didn’t wanna comment until I saw it through. I started on Aug 20th & ended on Nov 3rd. I agree with you regarding how extremely beneficial it was and still is. I’ve fallen in love with the gym, and refused to check the scale and went solely on how I felt, how much my endurance has improved in such a short time period, and my progress photos (my food baby got a lil toned now😂😂)! 10/10 highly recommend
I really enjoyed your summary of the challenge. I'm really looking at the mental side of it. I want to improve my self talk and built my body of proof that I can do things when I set my mind to it. Love that it wasn't about the weight but more how you felt after and that confidence you're absoluting beaming ❤❤❤

For sharing your results with us and motivating us in a very normal way without all the glamour you can find in a lot of videos 🫶 For the ones questioning about the weight, don’t forget that through regular exercise, fat “turns” into muscle and unless you have a fancy scale, it will not differentiate! Love you are now and love more who you will be tomorrow ❤
I'm about 2 weeks away from finishing my 75 Soft challenge. I've only lost around 8 lbs, but I've lost inches in my waist and hips! I've also done enough cardio that I shaved 10 minutes off my 5k time!

3 liters isnt that too much much.I tried the 3 gallon of water challenge nothing but water i had to stop because i was starting to feel sick. What if i drink at least 1 liter ?
Totally Works! There is an app called waterllama and it can calculate how much water you need. Start slow and work your way up from there. You got this!
@@leesha1924 i didn’t lose a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight - maybe like 2-8 lbs the whole 75 days but that wasn’t my priority with during this challenge - I wanted to get disciplined with workout overall at this period in my life
Its good that you committed and completed it shows discipline. Review the past 75 and see how you can improve it like calorie tracking. If losing weight is your goal it will fall off 😊

Also 3 litres is a lot less than 3 gallons! Its a lot more manageable
The 75 Hard challenge is ONE gallon of water. It’s very doable.

Looking back at the data, I lost maybe 4-8 lbs, but nothing huge! My focus was more on how I felt vs how much weight I lost
