Here’s a look into my experience doing 75 hard. If you watched episode 2 of the Becoming Series you know where I was at mentally (dec 2021) going into this challenge. I’m grateful for the discipline and experience I gained along the way. I love you guys so much! Enjoy!

In the crazy world we live in, it's sometimes difficult to see a bright light for humanity. I just want to say how much I enjoy your videos, they always feel so inspirational and uplifting. I'm going to be turning 20 at the end of October, I'm not confident at all, in who I am or my body. And I've just been very unmotivated and not where I want to be in life. But this sounds like something that could change that. I don't have a lot of faith in myself or my ability to do these things every day for 75 days, but I want to try. And if I fail, I'll start over. The concept of 75 days is worth giving a try as its good to see u also in a good place. Thanks for sharing , cause somehow I also think I need this for my health. I love this!!! I sometimes worry about people starting 75 hard because, depending on someone's mindset, it can be really restrictive, but I love that you were able to nourish your body and feel confident!!! Fueling is so good, not only for our energy, but for our minds, to feel satiated, to regulate our emotions, to give us strength and so much more. So happy for your journey.

how did you go from binging to having zero cheat meals for 75 days? i feel like that would be impossible for me to do
As long as you control your proportions it’s fine but cheat meals can lead to binging anyways. If you want to have something just make sure you control your proportions, which can satisfy those cravings without overdoing it.

Andy Frisella (the creator of the challenge) has a podcast episode all about it! It's called the tactical guide to 75 hard (or something like that)!!
Did ypu do just 1 workout or did ypu do 2, read, eat helthy without cheet meals...??
I did 2 workouts everyday! I usually did one harder workout (weightlifting, body combat, etc.) and then a walk or yoga! 😊
She did it all! The queen worked her booty off!
