    Congratulations! I started 75 Hard 2 days ago so you are an inspiration. One comment I have is that in the 75 Hard book by Andy F, it states that you can only drink plain water. Not sure where you heard you can add anything to water such as sugar free lemonade, etc. However, I have watched several 75 Hard influencers and everyone is different. Once again, you are an inspiration and LOOK FANTASTIC!!!

      Thank you so much!! Congrats on starting your journey! Ah interesting, I read his website. However, Diet rite in Australia is sugar free cordial (which is like a syrup...it doesnt change water content, like lemonade would!). But very interesting to know, I am sure the book would have a lot more info!

      @@SophieElizaabethThat person is correct - only plain water counts toward your gallon. No carbonation, no flavors, not even electrolytes (even if they’re calorie free). Plain ass water only.

    Andy says in his podcasts that it has to be a gallon of plain water only. You can drink other non alcoholic drinks that are part of your 'diet' plan outside of this.

    Much as I admire you undertaking this challenge, I always think half the battle is WHERE you live. If I lived in such a stunning location, I'd be up with the lark each morning and going on a 45-min walk etc but when - like most people - you live in a 'concrete jungle' of roads, housing estates, roundabouts and motorways, there's much less inclination to get outside, trust me! Congrats on what you've achieved.

      Tbh that’s definitely not half the battle. I’d say probably maybe 10% of the battle if even that. Like he said there’s two types of people. Those who want to give it a try and those who do it. People who commit to doing it no matter what, including their location are going to finish the challenge. Realistically surely there is at the very least a park or some kind of walking path within a short drive if you live in a city. I’m sure there are people who live in big cities/less beautiful locales that have done the challenge by now. If you want to let that stop you from doing it, then that’s fine but she clearly still had to work hard to complete the challenge beautiful area or not. That’s the thing of it, it’s supposed to be hard!!
