    I complimented this program last year after returning from my wedding. Now that I know I can do it, it's a little easier. It also gave me the motivation to finish my associates degree and continue on to my bachelors this upcoming year. I'm purposely starting it today before the holidays so I'm not tempted to drink and over eat. See you on day 75

      @7eather way to go! Going great.. currently on day 33.. some days better than others, of course. I learned my lessons last time regarding the two workouts. Take advantage of walking and yoga or stretching as one of your workouts so you don't injure yourself. Also, epsom salt baths are a lifesaver! Good luck and keep us posted!

    Thanks for the tip on the weight. I'm on Day 18 and the scale is slowly inching down. Did I say, slowly? However, my body is changing so I'm focusing on that win.

    I am doing this for my chronic health condition. I am actually hoping to gain weight. I am selecting workouts that are easier on my body now but i hope to get stronger with the challenge and increase the intensity. I just finished day 2. Wish me luck.

    I read the book twice and watch a ton of Frisellas podcasts and never hear him say we cant flavor our water

    Is there allowance for any type of rest day or lesser workouts? 75 days x 2 workouts can take its toll.

      No rest days. you don't have to train every day at 100%. train at 70% every day and it will be easier to maintain it. This is also a philosophy that Mike Chang follows. if you don't know him, look him up.

      The second workout can be a walk outside. That made it easier for me.

    Well i add no flavor electrolytes just help it cuz im already dehydrated. Its the extra benefit

      Then whatever amount of water you’re drinking with the electrolytes doesn’t count toward your gallon. Drink it, but in ADDITION to the gallon.

      Hey, thanks for the heads up! I actually don't have that book listed on Amazon anymore :( But I do appreciate the heads up so I can update the video, I thought I had done it already here)
      I do have a lot of other 75 Hard videos here on my channel which pretty much goes over everything from the book....you just can't read it now haha

    Why can’t you put electrolytes or lemon in the water? Doesn’t make sense to me

      Just do it don't let one person saying you shouldn't stop you on something so minor like lemon in water

      This is my interpretation: don't drink soft drinks such as coke or sprite. If you flavor water, use electrolytes or even vitamin tablets or herbal tea, it doesn't make any sense to reject it. The main purpose is to stop Americans drinking a gallon of Pepsi or coke, or orange juice for that matter.

    The water thing is just dumb. You’re depleting yourself if your mildly active and in conjunction with 75h it’s just rediculous.

      Who told you that? Try working out 90 mins a day on less water than that. A gallon isn’t that much anyway…..

      I’m 290 pounds if I get less than 1.5 gallons a day I’m dehydrated
