A few minutes of the beginning of the movie that aired in 86 or 87 on network t.v.Classic Crowns from the West Coast.This is from me to the one's out there that love the older fire shows that shaped us to what have become today.

Sounds like fun to me! I did the same thing in the early 1980's, in my uncle's car while en route to watch fires here in Delaware.Only,I had actually recorded outdoor fire sirens and city rig sirens recorded on cassette tapes.

Yes, this was filmed in Los Angeles California and that was an L.A. City Station at the beginning.
