Hey Naomi if you are ever working with cream again and find it won't whip up because of the temperature, don't start over you can put it back in the refrigerator and let it cool again. Putting your bowl and beaters in the fridge can also help. 💚 Can't wait to see more of these videos in the future. Your content is literally giving me life.

I think what you created with the chocolate cake is a « un moelleux » (which is french and in english, that would be something soft, smooth), it’s a cake dough that is slighty cooked so it stays soft and fudgy inside and it’s juste a delight. So easy to do and so good.

Just for future reference- there are bigger blocks of mozzarella in the "Metro" for example. They are meant for restaurants and stuff, where you need a lot of mozzarella every day. It's actually much harder than the mozzarella at the normal stores and it's huuuuge. Like 20 cm long block of mozzarella. Maybe that helps for future recipes:)
The Metro, at least in Germany, is only allowed to enter when you have your own company and make money out of it. You are reciving even a special card for entering

Sort of how there are stores that sell professional hair products that can only be bought by licensed hair professionals. It's just an educated guess tho
but at metro u need a special card bc most of the time products there get sold in very big quantities for a little less which is really good for stores and big companies for example walmart in usa or spar, rewe, etc. in germany. the same goes for a restaurant. so u can only go there if u have a company that needs so much :/

Giant pizza cone was my first ever pizza my dad bought for us when I was 8 years old, wasn't that fond of it but this video brought me that memory.
Can I just say I really appreciate so much how careful you are not to be wasteful. That's something that can be so rare in youtube videos. I've seen taste tests where people take one bite and throw all the food right into the trash and it's so hard to watch. Tip for crepes (from someone who used to work at a store that made crepes): Lift edge with a spatula but your hands really are the best flipping tool. Also, put one corner of the wand in the middle of the batter and spin in a circle. It will spread the batter evenly instead of trying to pushing it around randomly :)

In the Netherlands we eat "pannenkoeken", wich are basically crêpes, and that's waaaay easier to make. It's the same recipe as the one you used in this video, just add a little more flour. Then you can just bake them in a pan like you would do with regular pancakes. If you make a tower out of pannenkoeken it will take less then half an hour and it will taste exactly the same! -i always made that for christmas dinner :))
We have Pfannkuchen in Germany as well this is just not the typical recipe for them I would say.

Amazing how a lot of these worked out! Also a quick note-uncooked flour can be really dangerous for your stomach. Try switching it with protein powder, because it is a ready-to-eat product. It'll also boost the fitness factor of your brownie! I need to try this recipe!!

basil plant enthusiast here! basil generally actually really likes to be pruned and sometimes it'll boost its growth (kinda like how rose bushes like to be pruned). Cut at nodes though! it'll be prettier and it'll grow back heathier. Nodes are where the leaves sprouted, try and cut just below that
my basil often comes out stalky because i dont prune it enough, in my experience, when you take a leaf or two it will grow back BUSHIER which means more basil !!! :D

For the glass noodles here is a hack:
Use the rice paper and dip it in the same way you did before but this time lay it on the plate and layer them (about 3 times) then cut them to glass noodle thickness and mix them in with your sauce while it's hot! (There are also a few tutorials on this on tiktok) 💗
