This was an isolated incident it was a 15 year and 16 year old got into an argument or a fight and one pulled out a handgun and shot the other. He was treated for a head injury, it's hard to discern whether it was due to the altercation or injuries sustained during his arrest.

TIPS INCASE THIS HAPPENS: (if your being shot or chased etc!!) always look out for exits and maps, take pics of maps if can incase! go in zig zag lines so you CANNOT get shot bc it will be hard, dont get to close to people, and make sure if you have a bag that you have it tight and dont bring very personal or special belongings, if shot HOLD your hand on where u were. please stay safe
