Fully raw Kristina said she kept a box of fruit under her bed when she was at uni so you don't really need a freezer. If you want to save money you can get a bag of sugar and add it on your food. For vegan protein bars, so far the best tasting in my opinion is Nugo Dark. They're like 12g of protein, but they do have real sugar. I personally like having real sugar and find they are a great way to solve a sweet craving and have some protein!
Sounds like promoting disordered eating to be calling something a sweet craving and trying to slip in protein the body doesn't crave. Why would you want to have some protein if your body is demanding energy? That is like putting steel in a petrol tank.
Idk why people fear sugar so much. If you’re not diabetic, in a relatively healthy weight, and eat somewhat healthy. 12 g of real sugar won’t kill you. There are worst things for you out there
I love baked sweet potato, cinnamon, and slices of banana coins and fresh cherries. Can do a drizzle of almond or peanut butter too, maybe some pepitas for crunch. Yum!

Throwing it out there for the vegan protein bar ranking: Sadly I have yet to find a 20g bar that I LOVE (the dipped No Cow bars are definitely better than the plain, though), there are some around the 15g range! Misfits are by far the best I've tried, and I've had MANY. Lenny & Larry's cookie-fied bars are good, too (though only 12g of protein), and I quite like the TRUBAR ones as well. For a change of texture, the Simply Protein crispy bars are quite nice! I also second another comment about the NuGo bars, but again, only 12-13g on those, and while I don't pay particularly close attention to calories, the ratio of calorie to protein does count towards what I consider to actually be a good source of protein, and those as well as the TRUBARS are by far the least optimal. (Protein is one of my special interests, to the point where my mother has banned me from talking about it with her)
Hello, Merle. Recently I watched one of your older videos where you reviewed Taco Bell vegan menu options. Have you seen the scene from 'Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives' where Guy is in Burlington, Vermont at Pingala Cafe (search for it on RUclips), and the cook makes his vegan version of Taco Bell's Crunch Wrap? Would you want to make a video where you attempt to recreate it?
Speaking of Into You, have you heard the remix/mashup of that song with the Stranger Things theme? It's on here and the video is titled 'Stranger Things X Ariana Grande // Launchpad Mashup'. I agree with your observation on another comment that Wicked does have a very pro-vegan theme running through the Animal rights plotline. I hadn't really thought about it when I saw the stage show but it hit me straight away when I watched the film.
Surprised you haven't done any dishes with the Nori sheets girl, we use them regularly. My favourite is chickpeas, Nori, garlic and onion powder, a little nooch, liquid smoke and smoked paprika with a dollop of mayo, and whatever else you want really....pulsed in a blender to make a smoked fish style mix that's great on toast or as a dip. Thanks for another great video 💚✌️😉
