Very nice. Gentle workout for those with conditions like fibromyalgia, too. I couldn't do the second to last toe-stretching exercise because of an arthritic toe joint (!) so I sat and used my hand to stretch it.

I knew I would be going out to do walking errands in my neighborhood this morning, so I turned to this video (which I'd saved for just such an occasion) and did the first two parts before going out and then did the stretches when I got back. In between, I walked over 3,000 steps while I was out. Stretches always feel good, but it was harder than I'd expected to hold each one for 30 seconds -- partially in terms of balance, but also just feeling that continued stretch. I did it, though -- checking another "new to me" workout off my list! 🙂✅ (April 9, 2024)

Great job! Are you wanting to lose weight at your waist and/or strengthen the muscles at your waist (which is your core)? Losing pounds at your waist and overall occurs when you decrease calories through a healthy diet and burn calories with exercise. If you have done our high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts [ruclips.net/p/PLjv8dGZeugtXMfz0YfxbvfsZhLuVBwW68] or any of our workouts with moderate intensity, you are working on blasting belly fat! HIIT workouts will burn more calories/fat in a shorter period of time. HIIT workouts include raising and lowering your heart rate in intervals such as 30 seconds of exercise -- at the end of an exercise interval you should be a little out of breath. I recommend doing HIIT workouts 1 to 3 times a week with at least one day of rest between each session to let your body recover. Also, I recommend strengthening your core along with your cardio/walking workouts. Our core workouts will help you get stronger and define your muscles so they pop when you shed pounds. I don’t feel alone as you say ‘everybody’ or ‘good work’ and I’m glad you say ‘breathe’ i forget. I can’t join classes it’s too loud and my mobility has suffered by being at home. Since you placed this new video in the stretching category, I started off the active portion of my day by doing it. Even on days I don't plan on walking, this routine is not only great for pre and post a walk but just to stretch the lower part of the body as well. Very nice. Gentle workout for those with conditions like fibromyalgia, too. I couldn't do the second to last toe-stretching exercise because of an arthritic toe joint (!) so I sat and used my hand to stretch it.

I knew I would be going out to do walking errands in my neighborhood this morning, so I turned to this video (which I'd saved for just such an occasion) and did the first two parts before going out and then did the stretches when I got back. In between, I walked over 3,000 steps while I was out. Stretches always feel good, but it was harder than I'd expected to hold each one for 30 seconds -- partially in terms of balance, but also just feeling that continued stretch. I did it, though -- checking another "new to me" workout off my list! 🙂✅ (April 9, 2024)

Great job! Are you wanting to lose weight at your waist and/or strengthen the muscles at your waist (which is your core)? Losing pounds at your waist and overall occurs when you decrease calories through a healthy diet and burn calories with exercise.
If you have done our high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts [ruclips.net/p/PLjv8dGZeugtXMfz0YfxbvfsZhLuVBwW68] or any of our workouts with moderate intensity, you are working on blasting belly fat! HIIT workouts will burn more calories/fat in a shorter period of time. HIIT workouts include raising and lowering your heart rate in intervals such as 30 seconds of exercise -- at the end of an exercise interval you should be a little out of breath. I recommend doing HIIT workouts 1 to 3 times a week with at least one day of rest between each session to let your body recover.
Also, I recommend strengthening your core along with your cardio/walking workouts. Our core workouts will help you get stronger and define your muscles so they pop when you shed pounds. I don’t feel alone as you say ‘everybody’ or ‘good work’ and I’m glad you say ‘breathe’ i forget. I can’t join classes it’s too loud and my mobility has suffered by being at home. I’ve fallen lots and needed to do strength and balance. I’m a total fan and so many tutorials on utube but I like your way and style of teaching. Since you placed this new video in the stretching category, I started off the active portion of my day by doing it. Even on days I don't plan on walking, this routine is not only great for pre and post a walk but just to stretch the lower part of the body as well. Now that my lower body is invigorated, on to focusing on the upper body as well! Thank you so much for another addition to your stupendous collection of exercises and stretches April. This very helpful for me as a recover from a traumatic ankle break and dislocation. I can do most of these and I hope to be able to accomplish the rest sometime soon. I am only 56 but I have several medical maladies. This program is perfect for me. (And your momma is adorable 🥰).

@@yes2nextyou literally brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for saying a little bit a day. I have been beating myself up because I don’t get out and ride my bike 8 miles a day as I use to. A severe heatstroke has taken a toll on me. I absolutely love seeing your mom exercising with you. I’m turning 65 in October and want better health.
