Oats are not gluten free.. oats itself are gluten free, however they grow along with wheat crops, hence oats will become gluten.. you need to buy special gluten free oats if you are allergic to gluten, at least thats the case in US.. not sure where and how they grow in India

Oats DOES NOT make you lose weight. It’s the total number of calories consumed and burned or used. So it’s INTAKE vs OUTPUT. That’s it. Eat more non starchy vegetables, Half a plate with vegetables , 1/4 th portion of carbs snd 1/4 th protein in small or medium size plate. Moderate intensity walk or any work out of your choice for ONE hour at least THREE times a week. You will notice your weight start dropping after 2-3 weeks and from there on it will continue to drop further. You might have to tweak your diet or work out plan if and when you hit the plateau. It worked for me and it might work for someone else.
Oats is gluten free and we all know what gluten does to your guts and how eliminating gluten helps in numerous ways, including weight loss. True that you should anyway limit your carb intake. But between traditional wheat chapatti and this.. obviously this is far more healthier and will definitely help you lose weight and heal your gut.
@@AARUMKITCHEN please keep sharing recipes which replace wheat and gluten. Am definitely going to try this. My nutritionist has recommended oats and ghee as a healthy option to add on to daily diet. But making chapatti with oats is totally new to me.. awesome. We also have jowar roti, ragi roti.. all gluten free and super healthy. ❤
This receipe is not new for me as oats is favourite in my home excluding me. I dont like oats thought I had oats roti. However nice video procedure of preparing explained in detail.
