- A simple but effective' 5 exercise home workout!' I am all about making FITNESS accessible. No equipment, no equipment, LET'S GO!
London Fitness Guy here to take you through one of my home workouts. I will complete 1 round with you, and then you will need to complete 4 rounds on your own.
40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of recovery
5 Sets in total
1 minute recovery between sets
1) JUMP SQUATS
2) CLIMBERS
3) HALF BURPEE
4) AB CRUNCH
5) PUSH UP / TAPS

How often would you recommend to do this routine? Every day? Every second day? How about some cardio warm up? Maybe what cardio exercise can be done in such a small place? The area that I have to do some exercise es pretty similar to yours. Thanks a lot!! :)
