how do we figure out how much essential oil goes into how much soap? what's the ratio??

Look up the recommended use for skin safety for the oil(s) you want to use. Some EO's such as clove or cinnamon have to be used sparingly where as others have a higher usage rate. Also keep in mind EO's have lower temperature burn off than most fragrance oils, so soap at a low temperature to help retain some of the EO's benefits. Hope this helped you.

Know What Mom Knows just use your own oils and not the bag of oils that they sell. You can purchase the same oils that are in that bag and heat them on your stove top.

What is the shelf life of the soap product? Will the soap expire on Dec 31, 2019 (based on the expiry date of the coconut oil)? Or will it be plus 2 years or Sept 10, 2021? I am still confused about the expiration dates of hand made soap. Thanks for answering ;)

Noooo fragrance oils are artificial and synthetic while on the other hand essential oils are real and natural coming from the plant they smell way better and actually smell like the plant. as you can get a rosemary essential oil or lavender essential oil you cannot get a cupcake flavored essential oil.. and that is why many buy fragrance oils
