Jack Smith argued the raid at Mar a Lago to the judge for the warrant that he had teams to ensure proper handling and preservation of evidence, as well as consideration for any privileged documents.
This proves that it was done out of malicious reasons and the case should be dismissed with prejudice

I find it extremely ironic that the entire "Documents" case initiated by and on behalf of NARA, a librarian, who's job it is to maintain documents in a specified manner can't maintain the evidence (documents)in accordance with said specified manner. 🤦🏼

No, for at least two reasons.
First, every person from the FBI, DOJ and associated third party contractors involved in this case had the required security clearances.
Second, there was no mishandling of documents.

Walt Nauta is quickly becoming a household name for re-distributing boxes to different locations as asked while Hildabeast's unamed and unknown tech-man not charged.
There's simply NO WAY to determine what may or may not have been PLANTED... by an agency which isn't transparent. And these are CLASSIFIED docs for which security is the basis of the charges... but we don't know what 3rd-party agency or WHO was making copies and preparing the classified evidence?
Trump has repeatedly and publicly admitted he had the documents. The "evidence was planted" defense is a ship that sailed long ago.

regarding the comments that hint towards the defense overplaying the tampering aspect, as if it's the only thing that's gone wrong and should be a "non-issue," I say, this whole case is a collection of non-issues! It just took getting in front of an unbiased judge to see it make any difference! And I LOVE the argument that the order that the doc's were found in was going to be the proof of innocence! And you can't let them rob us of our best defense! This case is finally crumbling!

Many people at the FBI have a top secret SCI (special compartmented information) clearance. It depends on what they need to look at. Jack Smith was probably given one in order to prosecute this case. He would need one. Few ‘civilians’ have one but they do if they’re working for the government, which he is. These clearances expire and just having a clearance doesn’t automatically grant you access to anything you want. You have to have a reason/need to see what you’re wanting to see.
They likely started working on getting Jack Smith a top secret clearance over a year ago, perhaps two. They take a long time to process, background check and investigate.

Question: if the documents were so classified that even ex-president couldn't handle them how come fbi personal is allowed to read them? And what was this outside Team that viewed the documents, why they were allowed to see them or was the ultra secret documents separated from this team?
The FBI personnel and outside contractors have appropriate security clearances. Trump does not.

The FBI on page 6 of their filing says they placed blank cover sheets with annotations on the locations of the document in a box and the box number, however the photos released to the press show NO annotations on these blank cover sheets but their photos clearly show their agency created classified or secret cover pages. And why if they actually cared about preserving "evidence" did they place all of these documents randomly spread out on a carpeted floor? Seems slovenly and easily mixed up far as what notes or cover sheets actually went with what documents and no true chain of custody for the "evidence," can be claimed as evidenced by what is shown in their own officially released photographs. If I was a member of the jury on this case I would not be confident that what is being presented as "evidence" was actually reliable. Judge Cannon is being very kind to the prosecution in giving them time to clear up their problems with the validity of their evidence, chain of custody of said evidence and the missing evidence or wrongfully logged evidence. All of which for me if I was a juror would point to a vote of non-confidence in the case of the prosecution.
The cover sheets seen in the photograph are not the same cover sheets used as place-markers in the boxes when documents were removed.
The photograph is a standard documentation photo of evidence found during execution of a search warrant. Note the ruler and the "2A" evidence tag.
Chain of custody is unblemished by the "order" in which evidence is kept.
" Outside Vendor " means " Illegal Immigrant....😂

After an FBI background investigation, the "outside vendors" received the required security clearances fro the DOJ.
Security clearances can be issued by many United States Government agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Energy (DoE), the Department of Justice, and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Both Biden and Trump had lawyers with uncertain security clearances in contact with classified documents prior to involving the government. The key differences are these:
1) Biden had fewer than 30. Trump had more than 320.
2) Biden immediately and voluntarily notified the government of the classified documents in his possession, and turned over responsibility for their recovery to appropriately cleared representatives of the government.
Trump denied he had them, tried to hide them even from his own lawyers, defied a subpoena for their return, lied to the FBI about them, and then tried to destroy evidence regarding his handling of them.

Right. Prior to the government's involvement, the documents for both Biden and Trump were accessed by lawyers without security clearances. The difference is this:
Biden immediately turned his over to the government. Trump tried to keep his.
Secret classification is only half way up the chain of classified documentation, quickly becoming irrelevant after passage is of time.
What day did they “run out” VS when the picture was taken???
This really sounds like Obama, Biden and Killery wanting to get any docs incriminating them.
So why didn't Trump release them when he had them?
