Being deposed is no fun. Apparently even lawyers struggle with it. Somebody should redo "mommas don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys" to "mommas don't let your babies grow up to be lawyers... let be cowboys and gamblers and such."
Imagine how bad a person a juror would have to be to convict on this mess. It would be out of spite, not fact or law.
They're brainwashed and suffer from TDS. They'll also get such biased and convoluted jury instructions that they won't understand the law. The leftist lawyers on the jury will convince them, it's why they're there. The whole thing is criminal and designed to interfere with the election. Watch Biden rub it in in the debates even though he's involved!
Sometimes I wonder if the jury truly understands what is going on, especially with all the objections, side bars and breaks. We get the advantage of people like Gouviea interpreting documents and testimony....but the jury doesn't. And I would think if the gov't DA and courts spent so much time and money prosecuting somewhen then there must be a crime involved....
There are two lawyers on the jury so at least two should refuse to pretend the "crime" was proved.

Mr. Costello, who got a release on his client attorney, and who was a prosecutor in New York said that the communications between Cohen and Costello are business records and therefore an exception to hearsay.

The judge allowed this porn star to testify, giving totally irrelevant "evidence" with salacious tales about her so called relationship with Trump. The trial is about a technical issue concerning how a payment made was recorded, not whether he bonked her, or whether she blew him of, that is not a sexual act, as decided by a previous President.

They cannot. The jury instructions will explain all. If the jury instructions are that there is no charge, then there will be nothing for the jury to decide. The whole trial will have been a waste of time. In that case, it would not even go to the jury. The judge would say that there are no conclusions of fact that the jury could arrive that that would result in conviction. Therefore case dismissed. Or else the jury instructions will say what facts the jury will have decide on that will result in a guilty verdict. There will be some decisions of fact that could result in a guilty verdict. Then it goes to the jury to decide on those facts.

according to Costello he had a performative meeting with 6 NY ADA's to discuss Cohen's serial lying, duplicity and perjury.
Yes Bragg withholding his evidence is 34 counts of Witness Tapering because he "Withheld" that Brady material requisite by Brady v Maryland
Oh Cohen's hidden emails by Bragg from Grand Jury is Another 34 Counts of Evidence/Witness Tampering against Bragg, it's not over that is now 68 counts against Bragg.
Then Bragg violated Probable Cause requisites by admitting he was "searching" for a crime against Trump, same as Terry v Ohio, aka "Terry Stop, of a cop in a Traffic Stop searching a car for any crime

The biggest mistake I see the larger portion of humanity making currently with all the horrible things happening- is that people keep thinking these people operate on the same "golden rule" and that they will operate within those guidelines. The NYC Jury, the CRIMINAL Judge, and the CORRUPT DA will get him found guilty. It will need to be turned on appeal. My only question is, is the CRIMINAL JUDGE willing to tarnish his reputation by getting overturned in a spectacular manner.

Even if he is found guilty, Trump won't do jail, and an appeal would be immediately submitted.
The appeals court should throughly and unanimously overrule and throw out with prejudice, but, as we have seen with the gag order, I have no faith in NY appeals court.
This will go to the Supreme Court,NY is corrupt from top to bottom in the judicial system. Trump will never win an appeal there.
If (when?) Trump is found guilty, the Prosecutor will demand immediate incarceration pending appeal. The precedent is Peter Navarro who is in jail pending his appeal of contempt of congress.
