For me the judges were moved, I know because I am too, for example in the second 1:37, or whenever there was some endearing phrase, in 2:52 for example, or in 3:10, you can see in people's eyes when something has touched their hearts (I'm an orchestra conductor, it's not just fanaticism)
If it's not hurting anyone, why would you want to put a negative spin on anything that someone els finds some comfort or happiness in. Share the happy, don't look for reasons to take it away.
I don't think I have to mention how amazing she is but REALLY?! Does she like ever get older? She still doesn't look a day older than when her third record came out. Share your secret of eternal youth?

That song requires so much air, with phrases so long, she wouldn't have the breath to dance. She couldn't use a backing track on that show.
I like her 1st, 3rd, and 4th albums when she jumped up and sang, but this song is so fast and high that no one can sing it while jumping.
