dude, I'm literally scared for my own life. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND STILL HAVEN'T IN MY TEENAGE YEARS. I basically have 2 more years, unless you count being a full adult 22 then 6 more years. I honestly feel so bad for myself because I never socialized with anyone (isolated myself from the rest.) I always wanted to wear stylish clothes, baggy clothes, similar to Avril. I never changed my attire (hoodie and pants and basically everything black) because people would judge me or because I dont fit social norms. man New year new me, I gotta ACTUALLY WORK before I turn into a hag.
Let me tell you something, i asked the same question to my mom because i was sad about growing up and she told me to not make assumptions or prejudice about teenage years, she told me some of her friends would want the most for those years not to happen and some would give the world but the point is it doesen't matter if people say teenage years are the best times of your life, to you maybe they are not to some they are, life is life and it can be great it just depends on how you treat it, just live it and don't give a fuck who says how you should live your teenage years
@@rookinrook honestly, don't wait, just do what you want now. although some years have passed, you don't wanna be miserable and regret things that you could've done now. sure you can still wear baggy clothes etc when you're older but do what you can now when you're young because, at least for me, i regret staying in a bubble during my teens but really cherish the memories that i made when i was brave enough to do things with my friends, even if i had to tell a little white lie or two... (i realise this is kind of redundant/bad advice for now as it's lockdown in most places but I hope you can do this when things blow over)

if you really think about it this video/song is actually kinda sad. @@rookinrook honestly, don't wait, just do what you want now. although some years have passed, you don't wanna be miserable and regret things that you could've done now. sure you can still wear baggy clothes etc when you're older but do what you can now when you're young because, at least for me, i regret staying in a bubble during my teens but really cherish the memories that i made when i was brave enough to do things with my friends, even if i had to tell a little white lie or two... (i realise this is kind of redundant/bad advice for now as it's lockdown in most places but I hope you can do this when things blow over)

if you really think about it this video/song is actually kinda sad. She never actually looks genuinely happy and i think she's just reminiscing on the time when she thought nothing was going to change, but it inevitably did.
