Guys do this asap. I downloaded windows from Windows Media tool and it kept blue screening with process initialization failed and I eventually got it to work only to get this error. And Google was no help as it wouldn't tell me how to go back a folder so it kept saying oobe wasnt a command. But this glizzy gladiating god 🙏 just saved my whole pc and my day
I found steps 1-5 before this video, but thank you. However, it is also possible to push through this with a hard restart. After everything has been set up and the error appears a second time then the system (in my case Windows 8.1) is, apparently, good to go.
