Not a nail tech, but I really appreciate how you don't immediately blame a product for what may be a result of your application. You stay open minded and when you don't like a product, you are clear on whether it's because of a technical failing of the product or personal preference.
Do you find that the underside of the nail is too thick? I purchased the kit that has the poly gel, like toothpaste consistency and comes in a tube.
This is the first video of hers that I've watched. I found that quality very refreshing. She explains her reasoning, which helps the viewer learn along with her. I'm not a nail tech, but I can imagine this would be so beneficial. Also, I could listen to her read the phone book (with her joyful laughs scattered throughout) forever! :)
@@bipolarbear9952 like a female Bob Ross.
@@EggheadJr1 YES! That is EXACTLY it!!
@@lorifisher3674 shes used polygel before but not with the pop off forms, she should try it, the polygel looks and applies a lot better with these forms tbh.
"I've been doing this for 30 years and I'm still learning" Suzie, you are such an awesome educator and teacher, REMAINING TEACHABLE is such a virtuous characteristic, it takes wisdom and humility to know that we don't know everything.I love your videos Suzie! keep em coming! love from Connecticut!!!!!!!
“lets pretend that i know what im doing” me to everything i do

Honestly same tho
My entire salon career. I was terrified of making a client mad at me.
I literally don’t even polish my nails but i still watch every video lol
Melissa Rodriguez ....... Same lol 😂
Melissa Rodriguez same
Yup lol
I'm a guy. I don't have fake nails. I don't do nails or even go to nail salons. I can watch her and Kristy from naio nails... nonstop
I thought i was the only one! I find Suzie's voice so soothing. And the music is part of the experience. I think she did some different music recently. The music was beautiful, but it wasn't the same experience.
Suzie, girl you are the best. I’m little drunk and can’t sleep and BAM here you are with a new video. You’re the best
you made my day :D
love how she just fkn yeets the plastic over her shoulder
Does anyone else love when Suzie's Canadian side comes out when she says "eh"
That one piece of foil still on the gel container tho
Lexie Childress I KNOW RIGHT?! i was dying to peel it offffff
Lexie Childress LOL YES! That was driving me crazy!
Drove me nutso the entire time.
Soothed by Suzie and then nerve wrecked by the bio seaweed pot 😂
Right??
Lexie Childress I was about to comment the same thing 😂
I love how humble she is about learning 😊
The air bubble in the first one was from when you put it on and took it off and put it on again.
That's what I was thinking to
Exactly
Your also supposed to wait till the form cools before removing
Agree
I watch your videos when I have panic attacks lol. You’re so soothing to listen to
Stephen Bailey that's actually a really great idea. I have attacks sometimes and suizie is very relaxing so I think I'll try it
☹️❤️
😍
I think the same, Suzy’s voice & accent is so soothing. The ambience helps too,if there were nails salons in heaven, they’d look like this one!
Yes. I watch her at my bedtime.😍
Finally a client that actually makes some form of conversation, the others just sat and said quick "yeah' or "no" 😂😂💕
Xella Jones your profile pic tho😂😂😂😂❤️
that's kind of what she did tho lmao

Sarah Altairi ú
sweetlovve_ No she made some more comments about the technique and stuff and also small talk here and there in the beginning which is what I meant 😂😂
You did a great job! I think it's extremely helpful that you're showing us the learning process instead of learning off camera and just shiwinh us once you've already mastered it. Being able to see you try it for the 1st time and seeing the ussues you run into and the adjustments you make for the next nail is invaluable! Thanks again❤ I think you should try these with acrylic too 💅
Lindsey Botelho So true....I agree
Lindsey Botelho I
Yes! I hope she tries this with acrylic too!

These videos keep popping up and I’m like oh this is weird I’m a man that never cares about his hands, but wow, I keep clicking and they’re so interesting...
Moosedraw 😝she has a very calm voice too!
It's great to know for the woman in your life who gets their nails done or possibly want to start to get them done
😂
Kathi Self is love to know what she sounds like when she’s pissed! I can’t even imagine.
no shame in treating yourself to a MANicure once in a while... my husband is a lumberjacking manly man and after the heavy tree season is finished up each Autumn, I always treat him to a spa manicure at my favorite nail salon. They soak his hands in warm water with essential oils and other yummy stuff, then they THOROUGHLY clean his nails and cuticles, remove calluses, dead skin, clip, trim, shape, and file his nails, then a 20 min each side hand massage followed by a parafin wax dip and to finish off, there is this thing the tech does where she pops his knuckles, like a hand chiropractor kinda.... He always says its the highlight of his work season and it doesn't emasculate his grrrrrrr manly-ness... treat yourself and give it a try sometime... : )
Suzie being a nail tech who actually works with the times and tries new things>>>>>>
Suzy has been helping me so much the past few days with panic attacks. Thanks for being so mellow and sweet, Suzy. 💜
Dev K She’s a precious sweet baby angel 😭❤️
I love your videos! You are definitely the Bob Ross of nails. You remind me that it's okay to make mistakes. Thank you!
That's the best analogy!
That is exactly it!
Lauren Higgins that’s a perfect description. Love bob Ross & suzie!
There are no mistakes.. just "happy little accidents" !! LOL - Love watching Bob Ross!

Hi! I usually do a thin layer on the natural nail with the gel first and cure before using a dual form! It helps prevent lifting!💕 I hope that helps.
I'll try that, thanks 💅
RheRheSmily also try using PolyGel. It’s much easier to work with than builder gel which is runny and by the time you position it on the nail properly it has started running/dripping. Dual Forms were really made for PolyGel. You can make your own PolyGel using finely milled acrylic powder (dip system acrylics work best but, I’ve used standard acrylic when I don’t want to waste product I already have) and builder gel, if you don’t have any PolyGel to hand but, make sure you mix well. You can use isopropyl alcohol as a slip solution, too.
@@avaerena2927 Yeah, I was really confused by this product bc I've only seen it used with hybrid gel.
That is a good idea, and because there is already a layer of gel, you won’t have to try and get really close to the cuticle with the dual forms, and after you have put the full dual form on, just file the nail to a seamless surface….and you have created some-what of an apex.😊
@@avaerena2927- and can add glitter to the mix 😊
I remember way back in the early days of acrylic nails- I was a teenager. I was going to Homecoming I think, and wanted pretty nails. At that time there was a method of doing them at home that was SUPPOSED to be fast and easy. It entailed little (plastic?) nail forms that you would match to each finger size, much the same as in this video, only much smaller. You would put a measured amount of liquid in the form then sprinkle on the powder till it was all absorbed, wait a few seconds for it to activate then flip it over onto your nail. And then wait some more while it hardened. IF you were lucky, the liquid had been completely absorbed by the powder and you had a somewhat nail-shaped piece of pink acrylic, with no holes or voids, stuck to your finger, which you then had to sand like hell to get it to resemble a normal fingernail. I sported those bad boys to Homecoming and thought I was hot stuff- till i realized how many other girls had the same idea. Those nails were hideous, but for the time I guess they were a pretty slick innovation in the world of nails.. :)
sounds like crude dipping
omg yes! I've been wanting to try these 😍
Omg I watch your videos too. .❤❤❤you and if course I love Suzie. I feel y'all are so genuine..much love from South Texas..
i want to watch you trying these
AlexandrasGirlyTalk me too!!!
I use acrylic n it's easier, gotta work fast in the form if doing two tones but it comes out flawless, (I am not a pro or certified but do this for fun here n there.)

Suzie, you have to hold the popit in place and flash cure it, then cure it fully after. If you do not, you will get that ledge every time. It needs gentle pressure during the flash cure in order to seal it onto the nail and avoid that ledge. If you go to their website, they do give you instructions on how to do this.
Toni Wilson Thanks for the tip!
Toni Wilson Thanks for the tip!
Toni Wilson thank you
Toni Wilson Hi Toni, I haven't used this method before but wanted to ask you, what you do to the nail BETWEEN flash curing and the full cure, please? Also do you smooth the UNDERSIDE with a cuticle pusher to keep it smooth? Grateful. Leah.🌷☺
Toni Wilson I wonder why she didn’t look up directions before she did this
"Let's pretend I know what I'm doing" I love your can do attitude and love how you even say you learn from your mistakes, not many people will ever say that and mean it! Love your videos suzie you're amazing
Hi Suzie, I'm not a pro, but a home-tech.. only do friends and family. I've used Dual Forms using both acrylic and gel. I do find acrylic easier to work with. At 17:30 -re Liz's Q about French and getting the smile line in the right place.. I hold the form against my nail, then mark the back of it with a CD marking pen (as they're finer than a Sharpie) as to where I want the smile line to go, then just flip it over and work to the marked line ;) - Simples! This also works well if you want to encapsulate stones or embellishments, helps to plan the placement of them out first ;)
Another lady that uses DF a lot is UNIQUENAILZ she does some amazing designs with them, lots of bling and glitter.
Suzie, as a newly licensed nail tech, you're an inspiration to me. Seeing you work so hard, and even after 30 years still learning new things is what I aspire to be by the time I'm at that point of my career. Your dedication to continued education and furthering the skill you have with your craft is what every tech should strive for. Thank you so much for offering this education to those of us new to the industry (free for us, as well!). Your drive in getting better every day inspires me to do the same.
Great comment!! I totally agree. I love watching her videos to learn new techniques and tips. Not only does she have an amazing personality for videos, but she is an amazing and skilled teacher. Im saving my money to hopefully travel to Canada (from the US) to take her class. She is one of my favorite nail techs on RUclips!! ❤
This is such a sweet comment
Thank you for doing this ‘out of the box’. A lot of people are saying that you should have used acrylic, why didn’t watch other videos, etc, etc. I really appreciate seeing how this product works as it was purchased, rather than jumping straight to mixing it up.
you would perhaps see the clear gel easier if you use a darker towel on your table x
Watch long hair and pretty nails show on RUclips u put enough polly jell you just have to secure after but before securing you have to clean the sides
@@jiyarabhatia8903 @SimplyNailogical is pretty cool too. She has a lot of designs with nail polish on older videos. Although most of her newer content is just her goofing around, she's really awesome
norafashgirl123 Cristine doesn’t use polygel though 🙄
@longhairprettynails
Shes not useing polygel here.
I started acylic using dual forms. If you go true to size, not bigger. You'll get more accurate results. Great video by the way. Love, love how you show all the products out there for us to see😄😄
Carina Woodmansee I always go a bit bigger, so there’s enough room for acrylic/gel, and I have some thickness at the pressure point 🌷
Carina Woodmansee no because if you go the same size it won't always stay on the nail cuz there's so much product
Carina, the manufacturer suggests 1 size larger so the gel covers the entire nail plate, otherwise the sidewalls would be missing product.
I as well suggest a size just a little smaller than your actual nail so that the gel does not ooze out onto the cuticle, then you can file it into shape and then apply a little extra for the Apex and appropriate arch to build the nail. I don't think the dual forms are best used as a one application process. I think it is designed to act as a quicker method than tips or sculpting.
I feel so professional now because I have the same LED-Lamp as she has in this video
At least it seems so
What's the name of the lamp?
emmaJ it's from Sun I believe called pro or deluxe or something similar. . I prefer the regular sun one lamp as it has a remove reflective bottom.. no need to turn nails upside down and a 5 sec, 30 sec, and 60 second time buttons.. excatly what i use!! I jgot mibe on wish was $21 USD but i used a half off code! also has auto on.. but the counter is nice on this one.. if you want a code to use on first purchas is jmjbrcj www.wish.com or in the wish app.. they have this lamp too.. just search nail lamps..loads of choices review on nails of interest channel check it out!! Here's link : ruclips.net/video/KKrV4aPsZmk/видео.html
emmaJ sun uv 5
It's is just bioseaweed gel has them rebranded and up-priced.
I have the sun 5 and it's amazing. Why pay 200+$ when the sun lamps are 40-50$.

I'm not a nail tech, but I've always taken such pride in having long, nice nails. I was actually voted best nails in school. I've recently taken a new job and I'm working with my hands more than ever and I've been breaking my nails like nobody's business! I discovered your channel a few weeks ago, and being so particular about my nails I've decided that if I need/want to do artificial nails I would be doing them myself. Anywho. . .I'm doing poly gel on duel forms, with a dremel, with multi colors- it's all because you showed me how! Your videos are such a treat and even as a working woman I can have the prettiest hands in the office. Thank you!
suzie relaxes me like im watching asmr but without the tingles 😂
Chrysanthemum I literally can’t watch a single video without dosing off, she is so relaxing!
I always watch her when I can't fall asleep she's awesome
Chrysanthemum same! I’m falling asleep now lol. Her voice is so relaxing 😴
I literally fell asleep watching this video. Lol! I plan on buying builder gel so I watch these to learn but I dont mind killing 2 birds with 1 stone 😴😴
Same!
You should use the dual forms with acrylic like Naio Nails and please please please use the dual forms with “Polygel”. The control of acrylic but you don’t have to stress about it drying. Please explore the forms more!!
+Savz Prince oh i will - 😀💜
Nail Career Education I will happily wait for another video. Thank you!!
I second that. Ordered myself some Poly gel of aliexpress and I m dying to try it.
shicadelic did you try the polygel yet? I'm considering ordering from wish
I would have an index card for your client that tells what number for each finger so you don't have to waste time trying to figure out which one to use each time they come to the salon to get their nails done.
Dianne Naworensky i have the same idea :-) but i think this technic for me is a “no” 😆
Dianne Naworensky the do have those for regular tips as well but once you’ve been doing it for so long you kind of already know what size the finger will be. Just by looking at them
They get to know sizes really well. They don't have to guess they know what their working with and can tell you what numbers just by looking
I sprayed my almond milk a little bit when you dropped the first form😂 it was a very dramatic moment, like “ooooh what’s gonna happen when she squishes it on???” *splat*

As soon as she threw the box I knew it was about to go down lol
Third time is a charm! You got the right wit & attitude, along with patience for trial & error, but it is sooo worth it! I missed how you fixed that cuticle gap on the 2nd nail? Liz is a great sport! I wish I could be your guinea pig, too! 😍 I respect your 30 year's doing nails, yet you STILL try the new stuff out there coming in to keep up with the latest & greatest! You look like you're 30 - very young! For French, you can mix the polygel bubble gum pink & ombre it in with the white polygel, & it comes out great! 👍
The lines are there as measurements so the french tips could be done. You just start the white at the line that lines up with the nail end
Ah my Suzie! The perfect ratio of skill to persistence!!! I wish more technicians had the foundational skill and added the trendy pieces to it 😪😭 Suzie you’re the best! ❤️❤️❤️💅🏾
+Vanna Tea awwww 💜
These are extremely hard to use with gel. Not so hard with acrylic and SUPER EASY with polygel.
I've really wanted to try bio seaweed ♥ Thank you for another great video Suzie! ♥ Love from NC
Well, I see this "new" technique is now 5yrs old, but it's all new to me. Treated myself to everything for gel nails in December and now ordered everything for polygel and nail forms after discovering them on line. Great video as I watch several while awaiting my Amazon order. Love your videos, you make your viewers feel like old friends.
Hello Suzie,
You can try do this with Polygel, it is not leaking everywhere as an usual builder gel does. Could be your solution for a proper french as well.
That music when she opens the gel. 😂😂😂😂
Jules Noname I died 😂😂😂😂
IM CRYING OMFG 😭😭😭😭🐍😭
When you use these do forms again try to use a black towel underneath and see if you can see air bubbles that way???
Sara Elias good idea!
Your videos bring me so much comfort somehow! You are fantastic and your reviews are so honest.
With that being said, I feel like there was a ton of passive-aggressiveness and very subtle sarcasm in this video and I 👏🏻 was 👏🏻here👏🏻 for 👏🏻 it 👏🏻 all 👏🏻!! ❤️❤️❤️
I've been watching a few of these videos, and one video I saw that after applying for form, they pulled it back from the cuticle a bit, exposing some of the product, and then used a brush to "pat" it flat. This eliminated the ridge between the product and the cuticle nicely.
I just ordered my first set and am excited to give it a try!
I don’t know why, but I love watching these videos. Maybe because as a kid I loved to sculpt. I think this product reminds you that shortcuts aren’t always easier. Like non pressurized and pressurized espresso filter baskets.. one is easier, but produces mediocre coffee, the other requires more attention to grind and dose... but once you get it down, you’ll never use the pressurized basket again. Thanks for the entertainment! :)
+jason whitton oh - how RIGHT YOU ARE! Exactly-
💜
Who else loves her and her art for nails 😍 I'm so glad you made this video u are my favorite nail tech ever to watch
So great to watch Suzie learn to use a new product and technique. She is so talented and I loved being able to learn along WITH her. I always turn to Suzie and her channel to learn FROM her and her 30 years of experience. She is such an amazing person and teacher!
I love nails!!! I especially love how you do them, it makes me want to be a nail artist and I already have a business in a different field lol!!! You are amazing!!! 💕🙏🏽
You should try with acrylic like Kirsty from Naio Nails. I think the process looks a lot easier 💘
I was about to comment the same. Kirsty started using the forms on their own and found out it's even better to place the forms on tips. So there's no product squirting out on the bottom of the nails. Plus if you use acrylic you can also form the shape of the nails the way you want it to be. Less filing. And about the cuticle, you need to put the edge of the form under the skin.
Tiddles1968 under the skin ouch😨😨😨 I think they are better for easier acrylic not gels.. gels are easy to learn.. I did my first set in Oct had zero lift.. om my second now that I have a very thin gel for surface I don't need to file surface. . Much easier to me than trying to fit theses just pop on a form for a few seconds flash cure and revive to see better to form.. I watch Kristy too she's an awesome artist!! I love her hand painting!
I'm really tempted to try them as well. I really struggle with building up the apex and working around the cuticles. I'm no nail artist, I just get satisfaction out of doing my nails myself and saving $$. I think the hardest thing would be to judge how to put the right amount of product in the dual tips themselves.
Ouch? Why? You also push the skin back with the cuticle pusher, so you can place the edge of the form just under that rim. That won't hurt. Kirsty does it too. To me it seems that acrylic is easier to place in the form than gel. But I'm not a nail tech, so i could be wrong, haha. And I agree Kirsty is an amazing artist. I love her videos.
I was just about to suggest watching Naio Nails and using acrylic lol the whole video I'm hearing Kirsty's voice from her video lol
It’s always nice to have people close to you to experiment on!!! Good job Susie!!

Thank you so much for this video. I ordered the kit and my nails look beautiful. Having no experience , i was so proud of the results.
I love it when you show us trying new things, proving that even an expert is not immediately great at everything and practice takes work. Thank you!
Try it with polygel, you’ll LOVE IT! 😃
Luna Red she’s done happy gel and polygel 😊
With dual forms?!?
Luna Red that’s how I use dual forms, with polygel. And I can even make French, but it requires “drawing” on a form, to mark where you want to put smile line. It’s totally worth it, especially when you can keep those forms for your client (or yourself) and reuse next time. Marking smile also helps with thickness, so you don’t make your free edge 0.5mm thick, lol.
Anna Barbara Welian what did you use to draw the line?
Pamela Kruger-Bezuidenhoudt the only thing I had available right away (then) - small drill 😉 I literally just drilled in on top of form...
You should watch the video 'naio nails' done. She done really well explaining how they work
Talysha Davis yes was going to say the same.
Talysha Davis on another comment she said she watched but they used polygel which is a different product
TheNormalOddball 🤔 She did do it with acrylic on most of the videos Ive seen.
i have a face mask on, 5 cozy blankets and my dog sitting on my lap while watching Suzie. nothing better than this.
Hi Suzie! I bought a set of dual forms and applied them as well...learning curve! By the middle finger you had it all correct. Thin product at the cuticle area thicker in the middle, and when applying the form you apply it at the back laying it down coming forward. There will always be a little product that oozes out of the sides, just wipe it off, also remove any product underneath. I used to do my own acrylics but have found that these are so much easier to apply, and less filing! I now use my dual forms using acrylic and not gel, also for the french nail.....if you look inside the nail form...all those lines inside..they are a guide to use when building a french. I love watching your video's, you do such fabulous work! Hugs and kisses !
Pretty sure the lines on the forms are for reshaping a tip at different lengths, each has a curved (rounded) line and a straight (square) line... just going off your convo about French ripping and stuff.
This seems like so much more of a pain than sculpting a good and structually sound nail yourself, if you just take the time and effort to learn that imo. Love the video none the less
Camilla Jensen well it's the same with this. If you take the time to do this, it's just as easy. They're some videos on Instagram where the person just puts product it super quick and just popped in on the nail.
Camilla Jensen its much easier and faster once you get used to it.
I was just thinking this..
Scott Barron not scary at all, I just did my first set of dual forms ever but with acrylic and it was SUPER easy. I will most likely never set foot in a nail salon again. They look that good! It’s hard to find a consistently good nail tech in some areas, and who wants to spend money and not get the outcome you want! Got so bad I would get anxiety before going, it was no longer relaxing.
I'm just about to start training, I've got a few different bits and pieces and I've done my own acrylics over tips and polygel over some (below average quality) forms, and I can't WAIT to train and have the technique down because I know mine looked pretty bad. I want to be a consistently good tech (like Mrs. J seems to have a lacking of in her area) that offers good service every time and is able to work for myself
I love how she is so knowledgeable and experienced, but is still truly open to trying something new and share with us. Many people with her level of expertise find a way that works for them and then refuse to try anything else. It's particularly true if it seems like something that would be most beneficial to those with less experience than herself. Kudos!
Wow Suzie, just found your channel, I am also a professional for 29 yrs. Sculpting acrylic is my bag, have tried EVERY new thing that has come along, and you cannot beat acrylic for smoothness and strength. When I put them on, they dont come off. I'm a subscriber, looking forward to your next video.
Yay!! So glad you did this video, you are my favorite nail tech to watch! 💖
i used forms once and then put them in a small plastic bag with my clients name on. no measure for her next appointment. just get them out the bag and reuse.
David's Hair Design Essex, I was thinking that may get expensive to keep the sets exclusive to the client. Instead maybe keep a file of each clients numbers on a left and right hand diagram.
good idea.
You could write down the clients name and the number that’s in each nail they need next to their name so you can look back and get them out
Your calm, clear communication is very appealing and informative, and your openness about learning through experience and mistakes is refreshing and real. I'm a high school teacher, and you do an excellent job with this. :)

Insomnia has me binge watching Suzie and have to say Liz seems like such a great client and friend .. love your videos !
Hello Suzie😁. Thanks sooo much for the videos. I am a licensed cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience and a lifetime love of nails and the beauty industry. I have recently decided to invest more time, effort and money into developing my nail skills and career. About 2 months ago I purchased this very same kit. I was just as excited as you were to try it but was not happy to see that my results were differing greatly from that of Bio Seaweed Gel’s promo video 😕. I scoured the web and RUclips to find very few people using this system. The one video I was able to find, reviewed the video and called it a fail😟. I would hate to think that I wasted my money on this system because I do like and understand the ‘dual form’ concept. I also watched every POP-IT/ Dual Form video I could find for tips. Found that laying a thin layer of the gel down 1st helped with bubbles and dips but it was hit or miss. All that being said- (Sorry for the novel- but I really want this to work) -I am INTENTLY WAITING TO WATCH your update video on her nails. NO PRESSURE 😄 But THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR WORK AND DEDICATION. I KNOW I SPEAK FOR MANY WHEN I SAY WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU SUZIE!
I saw Kirsty from Naio Nails use these and I thought they were fascinating! I'm so happy that Suzie tried them out, I've been waiting for quite some time.

jazz wera y morena aww. Is there any captions that you could turn on in Spanish? Also I agree she does have a nice voice.
Muy cierto.. creo que es porque ella tiene una paciencia para enseñar... no se si habrá algo para ponerlo con los subtitulos?
Kirsty Meakin from Naio Nails uses acrylic with her dual forms and it's much quicker and seems easier to control. You should try the dual forms with acrylic.
I like using the dual forms with acrylic only.
The Legend is back at it again

I LOVE your videos. I am a nail tech with 4 years under my belt so far. :). You are so calm and serene! I would love to take a class of yours.
You can count on Suzie to make learning fun! I just love your videos
Yay!! I was hoping you would so a video on dual forms. Thanks for all you teach us!!! Love your videos Suzie!!!
I've been waiting for this one! I think your technique of forming the nail by hand is so much better because you get to pay attention to the individuals hand however these dual forms were so interesting to me when I first saw it. I'm glad you were able to get your hands on it and with play with it! I think you should give the acrylic a try.
God bless you for these reviews. Please don't quit them. You teach us so much!♡
Thank you for posting this. A friend of mine and I both had some difficulties with this system as well!
My nails suck but I still watch all these videos
You can use acrylic with these too. I would like to see you do an acrylic set and a polygel set too.
Kristy Napier I love them for acrylic, tried for polygel which I'm still getting used to think I need to try something different for those.
these are my comfort videos. when I'm having a panic attack I have this channel on constantly.
This is by far the most satisfying content on RUclips.
