  • In this interview, Yin Yoga Teacher Paul Grilley speaks to YogaUOnline at the 2015 Fascia Research Congress. Paul discusses his interest in fascia as it relates to the meridians of the body and the compelling theory that fascia has an energetic component. He shares additional observations on how Yin Yoga might be especially effective on the level of fascia because it is a gentle process where poses are held for longer periods of time, facilitating greater self-awareness of the transformations in the body.

Thank you for this interview. Often it is so difficult to get the people to listen to their bodies & respond appropriately,, it's ironic how much people just don't pay attention to what their body is saying to them.. Thank you, Namaste`- to you both, Paul Grilley & Eva YogaU

great interview, but the sound is hollow. maybe adding some plants or fabrics to the room would help with the echo

I appreciate the interview. I think there is too much overthinking by the Western mind. Meridians run through the body, and fascia has to be impacted by that presence and that flow of energy.
