finally, i have been waiting for like 2 weeks this review, and damn, its really good, half the price than the other and it has all the positives plus some extras
Considering how Bandai still didn't fix the Mobile Armor hips issue even with the VerKa kit, it's probably best to make it as a partsformer just like Bandai did with the Macross HG 1/100 VF kits as well as the HGUC kits too.
Tamiya thin cement doesn’t work on abs plastic that a lot of 3rd party kits use exclusively. They make cement specifically for abs, or you can get the testors red label that works for all plastic. Or do it the old school way and use butane or acetone to weld abs plastic parts together. Or superglue
a lot of third party kits can be fixxed with some minor tooling or painting , personally i alwasy repaint all my kits but yes the bit more work is there and it not too much once you get use to it
I was so annoyed when the ver ka was announced and it was supposed to be "anime accurate" when the 2.0 is literally just that. And the 2.0 is a really good kit actually for how old it is. We were cheated out of an awesome ver ka take on the Zeta, so I absolutely agree, if Bandai doesn't want to give us what we want, I'll get it elsewhere. I'm hoping someone takes the MGEX Strike Freedom frame and makes other Seed kits with it since Bandai doesn't like money.
Idk what y'all are talking about. The Ver Ka is absolutely more anime accurate than the 2.0. Katoki even goes into detail about the things previous kits got wrong on that front in the interview in the manual. Also, the Ver Ka. absolutely sold well, and has big hype on forums/reddit/social media. At least in English speaking spaces...

Yeah. It was definitely a smooth build. The extras and additional details made it look great for sure.
Appreciate the transparent review, keep it up boss 👍
I'm always gonna keep it honest in my reviews. Always Tell the good and the bad.
Thanks for watching!!!
I saw the difference in size between that one and the Saku and was like "DAAAM"
Yeah. Putting the kits side by side can do that to you lol
Hoping for more daban review especially the 6619 nu ver ka 🙌🏻. Love your review and explanation
I haven't been able to get my hands on one of those yet!!! Hopefully soon. I am building a 1/60 NU.

I 100% agree. Although I liked this model, the mechanics and transformation gimmicks are clunky.

Awesome feedback, thanks for sharing!!!
Found this video trying to find a zeta to go the the - o from daban. Think I’m going with this one, thanks for the review!
That's awesome to hear!!! Thanks for watching!
Great review!! This video surely convince me to get this kit 1 day🙌
Glad it was helpful!
Buen video
Thanks for watching!!!!
Thats a crazy amount of detail lol
I agree lol
this looks better than Ver. ka and has the mega launcher, and it seems like the shoulder isn't "shuffly".
Its not at all!!!

100% agree.
Those details though!!!

I couldn't agree more. I think that's why the VerKa didn't sell well. People were expecting so much more.

@docbp87 that's fine that it's more accurate, I didn't want anime accuracy, I wanted a sexy redesign lol
3rd party kits have really come a long way.
This is true. Over the years they have gotten better
How much is the kit?
Give or take 25 plus shipping
