I literally cried to my husband this morning on how much I’ve been struggling lately to get scripture from my head to heart or even just how to approach it. I have never felt so frustrated in my Bible Studies as I am in this season. Your channel is truly teaching me how to not only understand the head knowledge portion of it, but when you came across John 4 and said you just wanted to read it because that’s what’s your soul needed, it honestly felt like a giant weight lifted off. I DEF needed this video today!! Bought your Bible study boot camp, cliff notes and grace reading plan! Planning to start after I finish my study through 1 & 2 Peter. Thanks for your channel, Faith, and all the time you pour into sharing the love of the Word with us!

I loved how you discovered that the Lord wanted to build the temple from the inside out, centered around the Ark of the Covenant. This is a beautiful picture of what He wants to do in us. Good stuff!
Thank you for (again) for showing your Bible study! Some days it is really hard, & distractions are plenty! For the past 3 weeks, my Hubby went somewhere for work...& I was good, until my doggies had to have surgery, & then my son had extra workouts for track & field, & then my Hubby got sick & was sooo tired & spoke to me as he was sick & tired, then my doggie tore off his bandage & was gnawing on his stitches which further complicated things & ended up in a cone. Then my daughter got really sick.Then my Hubby got better. Then my Hubby's flight was cancelled. (More happened BUT....) keeping GOD close despite knowing how much I can handle...I was being tossed & turned. If I did not believe, I would definitely be in the thick of it!!! I am the daughter of an Almighty GOD! So....THAT is the thin red line that separates me from a non believer. I still went through every single thing....as you are going through every single thing, feeling, but there is GOD!!! THIS or Something Better!!! Your children are precious. You are precious! Your Hubby is precious! ✌🏻You rock! Keep on Stepping! ❤ Happy Easter! Jesus Rises!!

There is sooo much more about the tabernacle I don’t know why commentaries don’t cover it… I should share some of my notes with you. My church did a 8 week study on the tabernacle and I wished it was longer!
Every part of the tabernacle is directly a picture of Christ to come.

You have truly shown will it’s like when you are trying to Bible study and your kids come up to you, but of course it doesn’t change as they get older and become teenagers as I found. I really enjoyed watching you in study mode, must be hard, trying to record it and concentrate on what you’re doing. Great to see Pastor Joe again and your kids are so cute. Your videos are always so encouraging and really brings Bible study to a realistic place for me.
I’m sure it felt weird recording everyday but I love this practical look at an example of a Christian lifestyle! Very encouraging :) especially the Leviticus portion. I should go back through that book because I was in it in my Bible reading plan during my first trimester and it is not a good read during morning sickness 😂

I wish I knew this when I first became a follower. I tend to over complicate things but this was so simple and effective and helps so much to see weekday studies. Since I work full time I don’t have a lot of time early morning and this was helpful on when to bring in tools and questions can come in freely and Holy Spirit led

Thank you for this video. I have been wanting to read and study my Bible more, so I can get a better understanding. But I also appreciate the real world experience life included as well. I start feeling bad when life happens while I study.
I love that you didn't stop or get frustrated with the interpretations. I have 5 kids, and finding the time to read is sometimes difficult. But like what you just shared is what I do, keep going even when interrupted.

I want to be a Bible nerd, too!! In 1993 I searched for a loose leaf Bible so I could add my notes. I love how you have your noted Bible. In ‘93 there were no extra-notes’ Bibles (at least I could afford).
I asked a pastor friend something about the Bible, assuming he was an expert, but he told me he had never studied the Bible that deeply 😮. He was well versed in the denomination.
I want to know. I want to know it all!!

I started your grace study two days ago and also watched your video that goes with it. I spent the whole second day just going over notes and looking up references from your video and ran out of time to read/ watch the day 2 material. Now I'm afraid this study will take me twice as long! It's so rich...it's so good.

Wow, I am so grateful the LORD led me to you and your channel because I do a lot of what you do but 1) felt like an outcast but now I know I am an emerging Bible Nerd ❤️ and 2) I have felt very scattered but I can see clarity of better methods to organize my time and approach. Not 2 weeks ago a word I heard after seeking direction from the Holy Spirit was clarity! I see this as answered prayer, thank you and thank you LORD!!!!!
I’m right at the same part in the Bible reading plan that you are! I read Leviticus 4-6 and John 3 today. One thing that really helps me understand Scripture is The Jesus Bible. I got it a couple years ago and absolutely love it!
Being a children's pastor, I can totally relate to the Monday hangover. My husband is an ordained minister and it's so hard to get out of bed on Mondays. It never fails, my husband will pass out every Sunday after preaching. Sometimes it's in the middle of our conversation when he starts snoring and I'm sitting there talking to myself. 🤣 Great video as always!

I loved this video and wish it was longer haha. I love how it’s realistic with being interrupted by your kids. I’m a mommy to be, and I’m already preparing my heart and mind to having my Bible study and quite time with the Lord look different. But it also helps me to see how you teach your kids that mommy’s time reading the Bible is important and is something you want to and need prioritise. And to model to your kids that it is important. Love that. 🎉
Get a baby carrier! Life changing! Your baby just wants to sleep and be close to you the first few weeks. You may have to read standing up and bouncing but you'll get it figured out. Us mamas always do! Congrats on your gift from Heaven ❤️😊

Thank you for your videos and your transparency. I have been a reader of the word and a prayer journal-er for a good part of my adult life. (I am 63 years old.) It is never too late to start reading the Word. I have a question...what bible do you take notes in, etc.
I just purchased your cliff notes and LOVE them! Question: How much time, on average, do you take to do your reading each day?
Depends. Some days it’s the bare minimum and other days it’s a long time!
We do a lot of the same things, except my resources are split between Accordance and hard copies. Sometimes I wish I’d just done one or the other. There’s perks to both. Accordance (or Logos) is a lot faster and more portable, but there’s something about pulling out the book and looking at the wealth of knowledge gathered there. Keep it up! And happy Lego time! Ps I use the illuminated Scripture Journals but they take up like a whole shelf. Did you bind your own interleaved? Very cool idea!

Faith, how do you add things like the insert into your Bible? Is there a video on the specific process? My toddler ripped out the first page of Deuteronomy 😂 sooooo I kind of need to add that in. Love your channel! I am a new subscriber
I find it easier on weekdays because there is routine: up at 545, get the kid up, and I do my quiet time while she's getting ready (and hour more or less). Weekends we sleep in and then ut's up and going. . .

I have a question though…and I’m asking this from the heart, and not to be difficult…. What are your thoughts on pagan symbolisms incorporated into Christianity? I.e bunny rabbits and eggs representing fertility and the “Christmas” tree, etc.
2:37 I feel like passages like these (especially Levictus) even though they don't apply to Christians like it does for the isrealites, are good to see God's personality. Like what he likes/ prefers or doesn't.
I’ve been following a messianic rabbi and getting so much more out of the OT! God was teaching those Israelites how to be set apart from everyone else-especially to get the Egypt out-and worship Him. Oh, and as a student of some master artisans, I love the workmanship described. Imagine the beautiful, best work being done with hand tools to create the garments and buildings and artifacts suitable for the LORD.

I know I sound like a typical 90's kid, but I literally use the internet.for my entire deep bible study. I have the books and getting more, but Google is the main way i get clarification for all my studies. I always print out stuff and have my own binders of print out notes😂😂😂❤
I'm curious what happens on your "grace days"... for the reading plan... do you try and do something else on those days? I'm so hard on myself and am the worst with giving myself grace. I'm just curious because I know for myself I always feel like I'm " catching up". - No I haven't purchased your reading plan... but am interested...

Have you thought when you might start a new Bible? Don't get me wrong with that question because I LOVE how full your Bible is. It is so inspiring! I just wonder if you have thought about it and what your deciding factor might be in starting all over?
I love your videos they make me want to read more and more of my Bible but I find some of the whole idea overwhelming. Like I gotta have all these book and commentary or I’ll be confused (which I am a lot of times.) but I don’t have all those things.
I am like you...overwhelmed! So I think I am going to start by reading it thru first then checking out a resource and taking notes. I will only use those 2-3 for now. Then maybe add another resource when I am ready.

Hi Faith! Can you tell me your thoughts on women’s bibles? I just ordered the NKJV woman’s study Bible and was so excited about it. However, I recently came across a RUclipsr who was saying something along the lines of woman’s bibles being dumbed down or watered down. I don’t know if I agree since I’ve never had specifically a woman’s bible but it seemed like a lot of women in the comments agreed. This particular bible that I ordered had such great reviews and everyone here on RUclips that has it and made a video on it, loves it and said it helped them grow and learn so much. Ugh… what do you think???

How do we size the cliff notes to fit in our Bibles? That has been the only thing to stop me from buying them.
I printed test pages. At 90%, 80%, 85% size until I got the right size. Then I realized I had to print at highest quality to improve the contrast for the lighter colours, otherwise they are not legible. All good after this. Loved them.

I think this is the first time I'm commenting.. BE CAREFUL with the infographics!! I found SOOOO many errors in it! I was super disappointed!
Otherwise, love your videos! Don't necessarily agree with the doctrine, but I watch them for another purpose.
I always have been a note taker (which drives my husband crazy-- he is the "it's unholy to write in it" type! LOL); but I left my bible out in the rain when I was studying outside a few months ago. :( :( I lost so many notes, and I was so distressed.. and have been struggling to read in the Cepher [what we use for our main studies] because I feel (even as a note-taker) wrong for writing in it.. Anyway, I learn best by writing-rewriting-processing thoughts & ideas, questions, etc.. SOOOOOOO Long story short, I came across your videos, convinced my husband to let me get a 'note-taking' KJV (the secondary source for us) and dove into reading and STUDYING the CEPHER {**HIGHLY RECOMMEND- names of the Father, son, people and places restored as well as original textual meanings!}, and do my notes and such in the other-- and combined with the whole scrap-booking thing if I want or am feeling fancy?! Game Changer for processing & absorbing for me. Thanks! -Jenn

Hello Faith!!! I really hope you see this message. I always had a question on Jesus Christ Genealogy. On Mathew 1 it as you know, tells all of His Genealogy, so my question is, why does it end with Joseph? I know that's how God wanted it to be, but Jesus was not Joseph's son, just Mary's son. I don't get that? It confuses me, but I know that God has His reasons & things have to have its mystery because, in the end, He is God. Hope you can do a video of that.
