@@herreramalik very needed input captain obvious. thank god u blessed us with this absolute nothing. any time someone says "hmmm seems fishy" you come in and say "there is still a possibility that there is nothing fishy going on here. just because it seems fishy doesn't mean that it's fishy" and when someone says "smells like shit" u say "that doesn't mean it's actual shit !! it could just be something that smells like it!!!" u should be paid large sums of money for these incredible contributions.
Just know Salsa rosado was a thing 20 years ago (maybe this store too) but burger sauce didn’t not exist

I used to work at a ranch/wedding venue that sold “homemade bbq sauce” in jars. We were just mixing Heinz ketchup and mustard together in a 5 gallon home depot bucket with some spices added.

There are various ways of doing this
Cooking the beef with diced onions is another way and using Adobo seasoning and sliced cheddar. On the bun toast it, butter it and add mayo and ketchup.

I don’t live in New York but I found the closest recipe to Haji’s that I could find and honestly, I would take a chopped cheese over any cheeseburger, any day of the week. They taste a lot like smash burgers but way different than a cheese burger

I’ve cooked chopped cheese several times since I had one in Harlem. They season them like crazy, I remember my first time having one they season the burger with Sazon so much I thought it was going to be inedible but it was delicious. So when I make them at home, a rule of thumb i use is to season the meat until you think it’s too much, then do a little bit more. Trust me on it. Otherwise it turns out really bland.
