Drive | Folder Access Denied - External Hard Disk Not Accessible | FIX

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹
Drive/Folder Access Denied - External Hard Disk Folder Not Accessible FIX.
Sometimes, the disk shows a Location is not available window showing "Drive is not accessible. Access is denied" error message and files are not accessible .
Users have reported this issue in many different situations as well as on different versions of operating systems like Windows 10/8/7.
Issues addressed in this tutorial:

Thank you my friend, even tech support at Seagate failed to help me...
at 1st, the disk turned into RAW file state, i changed it to NTFS on my own,
2nd after i changed to NTFS i had access denied.... now thanks to you i have control over my Seagate external HDD

I am able to grant permission one by one, but lower folders and files does not take these permission automatically (because no permission allowed), I still have to access every level and edit the permissions manually, it works, but difficult, since I have a lot of directories.

10/06/2022 (DD/MM/YYYY), Win10 Pro x64, WD External HDD, This work for me, Thank you... tho for some unknow reason the explorer keep crashin gfor me every time i try to open properties, but i worked around using WinRaR, select Open a File, then in the explorer window i did rigth click on the HDD then i could choose Property option, after that i follow the video instructions and all is working again.
