It's videos like this, Norma, that took you to 160K subscribers!! Enduring the threat of rattlesnakes, horse manure, CODE weather and bad roads (worse that Iowa's) to produce another great video. The Red Rock Tour looks amazing! Thanks for another great video!! You're awesome as usual!!
I love the rafting at Lake Mead, and the Bronco and Red Rock tours look like such a fun time. The horses are real, but just looked fake because they were taking a little nap. There are herds of wild horses in Nevada, and I love seeing them. There are so many fun things to do within minutes of the Strip, and I love when you show us a few. Great video. Thanks Norma. 🌠
Las Vegas is truly more than The Strip. My favorite outdoor activity was a Maverick Helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon. Also just driving through Red Rock is so amazing.
LOL, you can *barely* reach the "holy crap" handles! 🤣 10 and 2, Norma! 10 and 2! 😛 After my last trip, I was thinking it'd be a while before I get back to town, but this reminded me that I still have to check out the Hoover Dam, and I'd maybe like to check out the South Rim. 🙂
My wife and I did the Ultimate Desert Adventures in Overton. They turn you loose in the desert with a GPS and away you go. Was super fun. Take plenty of water and food for a picnic lunch! Not your standard low key guided tour!
Great video Norma! Taking a power assist E bike trip through Red Rock Canyon is a lot of fun. You are on the road, but the shoulder is very wide and marked for pedestrians and bikes, so it’s pretty safe. The other cool thing to do is take a kayak trip to Emerald Cave on the Colorado river. Viator has a great website with very many tour options. They pick you up at the major hotels on the strip and bring you back and many of them are just half day, so you were back on the strip for the evening. Prices are really reasonable . Outdoor trips like these and the ones you suggest are such a great change from the strip. The desert is so beautiful.
Hi Norma, great video. The Pink Jeep Tours at Red Rock Canyon looks fun and beautiful. Driving the Broncos off-roading looked fun, and you did an amazing job driving and looked good in it. The Hoover Dam Rafting Tours also looked fun. Thanks for showing us those amazing adventures to do in Las Vegas. I would definitely consider doing them. Congratulations on 160k.
Currently in the process of getting a job and relocating to the Vegas area so it was great to see other great options for things to do once I get out there.
Hey norms the live was good last night 🌙 not too late as usual . I think u should keep ot were it was yesterday people seemed more perky . So I suggest putting the live early like u did yesterday just my thought 🤔 well that's it norma always love ❤️ you jamie 😊never forget 😉 ❤️ 😊
Nice video. My family did the Red Rock loop around 15 years ago. We brought a dozen Crispy Cream donuts. We were in a Jaguar, we did not go off road, haha! My Wife and Son took a helicopter flight around the Hoover Damn and lake. Good times!
Happy Friday. This was a really cool virtual adventure. Thanks for bringing us along. My favorite outdoor activity is going from casino to casino lol or restaurants. Have a good weekend.
We've been to Red Rock Canyon twice. The first time was in 2018 without the kids and the second time we brought them with us in 2019. Loved it both times. It's an amazing place 😁 we went during the hotter months so if anyone decides to go during that time, early morning is best. I noticed in the video that they have rails now. Some of the stops didn't have those. We were able to walk right up to the juniper tree and take a picture in front of it. We also visited Valley of Fire State Park and the Grand Canyon. Both are further drives but definitely worth it.
Thank you for always showing us the other sides to Vegas, that is way too much excitement for me though, but do you know what has my level of excitement... Bingo Blitz 😊... Take care, and God Bless 😇
Looks like you had fun on these adventures. Good to get away from the strip for a while. Congratulations on 160K, It took 19 months to go from 100K to 160K. Based on this rate of growth, it would take 13 months to grow to 200K(March 2025). Hopefully it won't take that long.
Red Rock is a lot like Palm Springs. The valley can be blazing hot, but you take the tram up the mountain and it's snowy and freezing cold. People get caught freezing in shorts at the top because they don't realize the drastic temperature/climate change. The rafting looks cool for the views and history, but I've been whitewater rafting in Northern California, so it's a bit more laid back than I'm used to!
Just went for the Super Bowl!! It’s was crazy. We walked from the mirage to the cosmo watching the game from casino to casino then headed back to the mirage for our shuttle and watched the 4th quarter in the little area they had closed off next to Hell’s Kitchen!!
I been watching your videos since the year started and I’ve loved them, im actually im from Las Vegas and im planning a trip to Vegas on august to propose to my girlfriend for our 3 yr anniversary, where is this good spots to get engaged 💪🏾😉😎
Hi Norma. Now this is my kind of Vegas adventure. Nature,cacti...My jam. Red rock is amazing i went there by helicopter so next time I get back to vegas i will do that Jeep tour. Looks like a blast. Actually all these outdoors adventure looks amazing. Nature over the strip for me for sure! Thank you for making this amazing Video :)
Appreciate this Norma - these days I visit Vegas primarily for outdoor stuff - Red Rocks, Death Valley, Mojave, etc. Always looking for new ideas/things. Lots of wild horses and mules/burros all over the desert.
I’ve been to Red Rock Canyon just a couple of weeks before lockdown. What beautiful views, it was a great visit! Pink Jeep tours look fun, maybe I’ll try one of those in August. :D
Love the tours you go on Norma......A couple of years ago a friend of mine and myself went to a ski ...well wouldn't call it a resort but it was a ski place....it was so muc fun ....it wasn't to cold ....but plenty of snow which was suprising for me ....and reasonable ....had a great time..!!~ Looks like you enjoyed your time as well..!!! Glad to see it ..!!! Enjoy !
Wow I miss Vegas so much. I remember taking a field trip up there with my college class. We hiked up one of those mountains and boy was it tough 😂 the view was so spectacular and worth every effort! You could see the Vegas sky line! It’s awesome. Can’t wait to be back in Vegas some day 😊
I love pink jeeps, I think I've done most of their tours thanks to you. That self drive bronco tour looks awesome, I'll have to look into that, and at least being off road I won't have to worry about driving on the other side of the road! Uk problems 😂 your the best Norma, sorry I forgot this week's code word! 😅
Very cool tours! Don't think I would like the bumpy ride in Red Rock, or the poop, haha, but the Hoover Dam tour look nice and relaxing. And Congrats on 160K. We def hitting 200k this year!
I remember green stamps as a kid of the 1970’s. You get them from the grocery store. Then, you would go to the green stamp store to buy department store items.
Andrew used to work with Pink Jeep Tours! He had to train for 2 months before he went out on the road - so their tour guides are the BEST in Vegas! 👏
Why is it pink

After seeing this, I think we're definitely going to do the Hoover Dam rafting tour next month. Thanks Norma!
Thanks Norma for doing a video other than food. You need to do more videos like this to show what else is around Vegas.
Las Vegas is truly more than The Strip. My favorite outdoor activity was a Maverick Helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon. Also just driving through Red Rock is so amazing.

Great video Norma! I'm heading to Vegas with my parents and they are more into these kinds of things than the city life.

Thanks for the wonderful tour

Never knew about some of these. True adventures indeed! Take care Norma! 🤟
City girl hits the hills, LOL. I know you aren't a big Nature lover.
Full moon?
