I feel your pain! I got the same basic setup through alibaba a month ago, received the rock solid printer a week later the shaker, etc is coming by sea. They were in chat the next day(9pm) installing all my software, doing alignments. I'm tech savvy so I did some of the software and final tweaks but they have been amazing with support. Spent right at 5k, got 2 sets of consumables, 2 maintenance kits, and all the rest. The tech just isn't that hard with these once you start trying to figure it out. I literally had dealt with Ricoma for weeks to try and get a decent price/setup. It wasn't tell till my hubby said just buy it that I went to alibaba asked a few questions and made the purchase. My printer and stand alone weighed 160lbs. It's so well built! Very little assembly required. Can't wait to get the vertical shaker/oven/ air filter. I was only reluctant to buy from China in case of fraud sale, and the month of sea shipping but apparently I'll have all my stuff come by sea quicker than USA based company?! A few of the sellers had warehouses in CA with stock but it cost more to pick up from them than to ship by sea due to CA rent/ taxes. Lol I'm so sorry you went through all that but I'm so happy you're up and running. Thank you for sharing your story. When I get time I will try to share my system setup, etc to help people find more reasonable alternatives. I'll have the rest of items by end of month which was less than 30 days from order to arrival. China engineer support is at night, and sales only during our day hours, but they have been pure amazing help. Do your research, read reviews on more than one selling site. Ask all the questions. I wanted to buy USA but it's the same machine for 4 times the price. I also negotiated a 36 month warranty, 6 month on printhead. The reviews in FB groups speak volumes. You are so spot on with your info! I feel for you, I was so nervous making investment and not sure how it would go, but for you to spend that much more and get no support breaks my heart. They got more from you than they'd have gotten from me! Those payments would've sat until they made it right. Hope things get working amazing for you. Yes, the dtf transfer market is saturated with low quality prints, but slow, steady, professional quality wins the race. Be patient, it will come! Your prices are just fine, don't lower those, just do more SEO and marketing. Thanks for all the time and detailed info on your videos! This will save some people huge issues and money! Take care! Your garage is as big as my entire house!😂😂😂. You’re lucky to have a big garage. I only have a one car garage and I’m planning on getting the Ricoma Revel but I don’t have enough room because I have the embroidery machine, heat press and the Epson F570 sublimation printer. Looks like I’ll be putting the DTF printer in the basement

I bought from Rosie at EraSmart. She was fabulous! I also got Print EXP, zip drives, and Erarip software.
