Thank you for this useful video. Where exactly did you locate the USCIS account number? The instructions say you can find it by going to profile page, but there is no profile page once you login. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

En la parte 8, es confuso porque como que unieron dos páginas. Dónde dice continuación parece que va el nombre del ciudadano, pero cuando lees creo que va el del petocionario.

Most fields that do not apply to you, put N/A, try not to leave them blank. N/A is ok.
So do I write N/A in every box that doesn’t apply to me? Seems to overkill

Has anyone asked why after submitting the I-751 there was an request of a I-864 required. Then without that form being included and not having your 10 year card in time, you lose your driver's license. And with that you lose your job. Thanks Kseniay!!!!!!!!

Spaces that you don’t fill in , do you write N/A…. Some say write that in every space not filled some say leave blank…. What is acceptable to the officers reviewing the application?
There is slightly wrong information. USCIS instructed as follows where you said to send docs from last 2 years: Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date,

Many thanks for your great video! I got the conditional green card after mainly following your videos 2 years ago. Now I am about to file for i751! I noticed they still have 2019 form on their website. In one of the channels, someone said USCIS asked her to reapply since her form is expired.
You have to use whatever form is on the site

Hello, I have not yet received my 10-year green card. Typical processing time is 2 years and most applicants receive their citizenship before they ever receive their 10 year green card

Part 5 is asking for the Petitioners children or the spouse's children? This is my second marriage, I'm applying for my wife who is the conditional resident, we also have one child together, I also have a child with my previous marriage, do I put just the one child we have together, since my wife only has one child or is that question pertaining to me the spouse?
It is 760 days since i filed my I 751. Now gave ny 48 month extension . Our USCIS is slower than a sloth

I was just filling this form, and I noticed that the PDF fills out the spouse name in the declaration based on the fields answered before. Do they still need to write their name in black pen? It does not do the same for me (the petitioner).

I have one US citizen daughter (30 years old) before the marriage, not living with us. My husband has 2 children; one 22; other 30. They do not live with us and are not US citizens. They live in another country. They are not applying with for any removal of condition. Do I still have to list all 3 combined children? And just select NO to both questions: Living with you and applying with you? And the last question. If I do add all 3 do I need to submit their birth certificates? Even if one is a US citizen and the other 2 live in another country. Thanks again for your time.
Hello, the form asks to list all children regardless of where they are. Both questions would be no. You do not need to submit their birth certificates if nobody else is applying with you

I’ve been married to a US citizen since 2016 and we lived abroad , prior to traveling to the US in 2020 we separated , so I arrived with our son and lived in totally separate states for 3yrs now, legally we still married thou , should I file for i751 or just n400 will suffice !?

If a person is married to an American citizen and obtained conditional residency for her along with her 2 children on the same date, can you include them both in the removal of conditions? One of the children is close to turning 15, does the process change? Or is the wife's I751 completed along with her 2 children?
Based on the form instructions, yes, the children need to be included in the same form.

So, they sent me a request for evidence because I missed a signature in part 8 and they said “Please submit your response to this request for evidence along with a copy of this notice: petition signature…. [my name] did not sign in part 8 of the petition. A signature is requires for USCIS to process your form I-751” so is it my signature that should be signed on part 8 not my husband?

Hello Kseniya. I am about to submit the form I-751 with my spouse. USCIS just released a new form, which expires on 2026. I wrote my spouse's name in part 4 (fields 2.a and 2.b) and when I scroll down to part 8, his name is automatically filled. I mean, it doesn't let me erase the field. Do you think it is a new feature of the updated form? Should I do something different so we can print his name with pen? Thank you.

On USCIS its asking both federal and sate tax return file. Tax accountant gives the tax return clent copy, Is that enough ? what you did maam?
There's this rule that sats to fill N/A in every blank space but you don't do that can you elaborate?

Hello, thank you for your video. I have questions. Do you know why my green card in category says CR6? and how many days can I be out side the Usa with my green card in one year? thank you for your answers
CR6 is a conditional green card for a spouse of a US citizen who adjusted status inside the US.
You can travel but you can’t be outside for more than 6 months without interrupting your continuous presence requirement for naturalization purposes.
