1.) Jake For obvious reasons. Jake has been active and he’s continuously improving. I don’t think anyone in the RUclips Boxing scene can touch him. 2.) AneSonGib He’s taken on opponents that other people have been dodging, and he’s only lost to the guy I put in my #1 spot. Gib has shown to have many elements that place him above most other fighters. 3.) Slim Slim has pretty good showings, but he’s faced weaker competition overall than Gib. Slim has plenty of potential as well. 4.) KSI His fans my crucify me for this, but KSI hasn’t been active enough as of late to put him higher. He beat two bums in one night. Mind you, an active KSI would easily be in my #2 spot, and I’ll sure he’ll get there. For now, I’ll need to see him fight again before I rank him higher. 5.) Salt Papi He has a very good skill set. We didn’t see much of him, but the little we saw tells me that he’ll be a problem for everyone. Honorable Mention: Logan Paul He hasn’t won a single match despite having solid skills. I think he beat KSI in the first fight, but the result is what it is. I’d need to see Logan pull out a win before putting him in a top 5.
Gib's last two fights were people who weren't even in his weight-class, and he had considerable weight advantage over them. 11lbs over McBroom, and there are legal documents showing that he had a 30 lb weight difference than Taylor Holder during the Social Gloves lawsuit.
If u rewatch the first fight with ksi and logan. U see yes logan beats ksi first 2 rounds clearly. And maybe the 5th round he had a couple of shots. But overall the pressure ksi was putting on him made him tired and he was losing. I think its fair to say it was definitely a draw. And if someone did somehow "win" the right answer would be KSI

My personal top 5 based on how skilled each fighter is, how they've dealt with adversity, and how they've done against higher levels of competition: 5) KSI/Logan Both fighters don't have as high of Boxing IQ or technical ability compared to many other guys in the scene. People overrate JJ after he beat up a rapper and a soft sub-par amateur fighter. People also overrate Logan because he went the distance with Mayweather even though he had a 7-inch reach advantage and was well over 30lbs heavier than the guy. JJ's inability to cut the ring off, sub-par defense and telegraphed punches drop him on my list. Logan's inability to put combinations together properly and fight through resistance also puts him down my list. Plus, neither guy really showed who was better than the other in their two fights. 4) Slim Slim's shown an impressive ability to actually knock fighters out. His fight against Temperrr, a guy who many thought he'd lose to, showed his ability to strategize and exploit his opponent's weaknesses effectively. He was the only fighter who actually used the clinch to his advantage out of everyone on the Misfits card, which was pretty high level in terms of YT Boxing. He's also shown a great ability to take complete control over fights with his head-feints and level-changing. 3) Salt Papi Without question the most technically skilled YT Boxer out of anyone in the scene. Dude can cut different angles on opponents, use feints to his advantage, put combinations together very well, and land devastating counterpunches. Salt Papi only sits at #3 as he's still yet to face an opponent who will challenge and present some form of resistance against him. 2) AnesonGib Many might disagree, but Gib had the best YT Boxing performance ever when he fought Austin McBroom imo. Gib has shown time and time again that he's able to beat guys who are much more natural boxers than he is (Taylor Holder, Austin McBroom). His fight with McBroom showed his ability to stay composed through adversity and adapt to his opponent as the fight goes on. He is without a doubt one of the most skilled fighters in the scene with his calculated pressure, distance management, punching variation, shot selection, hand-placement and newly found counter-punch ability that we saw against McBroom. 1) Jake Paul Very obvious Lmao. Jake's fought through adversity multiple times in his fights and has proved that he could still find ways to win fights. He displayed a great ability to simultaneously jab and move in the Gib fight and in the 1st Woodley fight. He's shown that he's got great knockout power and that can set up the big over-hand shot properly. Although his fundamental Boxing could be worked on, he's still one of the best all-around fighters in the scene who's actually been tried and tested over his fights.

i can't see KSI beating Jake for another year at the least. His fights against Logan were very impressive, his desire, heart, chin, stamina are all top tier in the scene imo...but since those two fights, he's taken time off and other than being in even better shape, he didn't show anything in his return that really showed improvement. A big part of that were the opponents not really challenging him but i hope he takes at least 2 or 3 more fights before facing Jake to sharpen his skill and be the best version of him in ring as possible, the only rush is if another influencer beats Jake first but as long as Jake's fighting ufc/boxer types i hope JJ takes his time

He will never beat jake. The difference is and even JJ trainers said it is you're giving jake more time to get better and read you when he's already more experienced. On top of that, he's actually fighting good fighters like Silva. He's going to learn a lot from that fight win or lose while JJ had two fights in the same night with slugs. Now he's out of a match for another 5-6 months.

I think Logan's ranked too highly. He has fantastic attributes. He's just never won. He was confident in the Floyd fight, but he also had like 40lbs on him. I'd love to see him come out like Deji and steamroll someone.

Gib: outside of his first fight, none of his fights were easy opponents by any means. Jay Swingler, Taylor Holder, and Austin McBroom, his only loss is against the best guy on this list 3. KSI: Inactive and has yet to show solid fundamentals against someone that most people can say is a good opponent (Weller, Swarmz, and Pineda, solid performance not good opponents). His best victory was over Logan, but unlike Jake with Woodley, and Gib with McBroom, KSI didn't show that it was a dominant win. 4. Logan Paul: Wasted Potential, he could be one of, if not the best guy in the scene, if he had the instinct of a fighter to win, he still is really good, but I can't put him in the top 3 for that reason 5. Slim: Really good, It's just really a matter of whether Slim can keep up his momentum in my opinion.

Deji is actually really skilled, in the debate for the most skilled youtube boxer based on what we have seen. Deji has definitely shown better technique than KSI, Gib, and probably Jake as well. He's just relatively lazy and his cardio isn't on the level of people like Gib or KSI.

Love the breakdown guys! Here is my top 5 pound for pound. 1. Jake 2. KSI 3. Gib 4. Slim 5. Logan Jake has easily had the harder challenges and is undefeated. Jj is undefeated also and beat Logan and has the experience too. Gib’s only loss was to Jake but he has improved so much in his last couple fights and has convincingly won - experience once again a main factor too. Slims toughest challenge was his last fight with 2 week notice and now is so active - will be pushing top 3 within next 1-2 fights with wins. Logan 5th because he has not won a fight… he has fought arguably the best boxer of all time which boosts his stocks and would beat most RUclipsrs but he hasn’t yet. If he gets 1 win, it’s top 3 for me but he needs to win and needs to be more active. It’s pound for pound, so weight does not have a factor is this list and that’s why Logan is so low for me.

Very obvious Lmao. Jake's fought through adversity multiple times in his fights and has proved that he could still find ways to win fights. He displayed a great ability to simultaneously jab and move in the Gib fight and in the 1st Woodley fight. He's shown that he's got great knockout power and that can set up the big over-hand shot properly. Although his fundamental Boxing could be worked on, he's still one of the best all-around fighters in the scene who's actually been tried and tested over his fights.

i can't see KSI beating Jake for another year at the least. His fights against Logan were very impressive, his desire, heart, chin, stamina are all top tier in the scene imo...but since those two fights, he's taken time off and other than being in even better shape, he didn't show anything in his return that really showed improvement. A big part of that were the opponents not really challenging him but i hope he takes at least 2 or 3 more fights before facing Jake to sharpen his skill and be the best version of him in ring as possible, the only rush is if another influencer beats Jake first but as long as Jake's fighting ufc/boxer types i hope JJ takes his time

He will never beat jake. The difference is and even JJ trainers said it is you're giving jake more time to get better and read you when he's already more experienced. On top of that, he's actually fighting good fighters like Silva. He's going to learn a lot from that fight win or lose while JJ had two fights in the same night with slugs. Now he's out of a match for another 5-6 months.

On a given night anything is possible and with JJ's skill, determination and heart, i'd say he's got better than a punchers chance. Like i said, I hope JJ takes his time to fight more and tighten up his game. Their fight will be more than just physical and skill, there will a mentality factor as well. I think Logan's ranked too highly. He has fantastic attributes. He's just never won. He was confident in the Floyd fight, but he also had like 40lbs on him. I'd love to see him come out like Deji and steamroll someone.

2. Gib: outside of his first fight, none of his fights were easy opponents by any means. Jay Swingler, Taylor Holder, and Austin McBroom, his only loss is against the best guy on this list
3. KSI: Inactive and has yet to show solid fundamentals against someone that most people can say is a good opponent (Weller, Swarmz, and Pineda, solid performance not good opponents). His best victory was over Logan, but unlike Jake with Woodley, and Gib with McBroom, KSI didn't show that it was a dominant win.
4. Logan Paul: Wasted Potential, he could be one of, if not the best guy in the scene, if he had the instinct of a fighter to win, he still is really good, but I can't put him in the top 3 for that reason
5. Slim: Really good, It's just really a matter of whether Slim can keep up his momentum in my opinion.

Logan shouldn't be up there at all, based on all the potential he physically has and showed none of ever. Deji is actually really skilled, in the debate for the most skilled youtube boxer based on what we have seen. Deji has definitely shown better technique than KSI, Gib, and probably Jake as well. He's just relatively lazy and his cardio isn't on the level of people like Gib or KSI.

Gib has shocked me. He's absolutely showed up the past couple of years and his fight against McBroom was insane. He's the guy to beat right now.
KSI has a lot of potential but needs to be legitimately challenged to climb up the list. Last challenge was LP as Swarmz and Pineda were trash.
Slim kind of came out of nowhere and shocked everyone with his win against Temper. However, he has yet to be challenged to high degree. Temper wasn't easy, but he wasn't difficult either.
Salt Papi might be one of the most dangerous guys on the scene, but he also needs a legitimate challenge. If he were to fight Slim, or even Deji, and win, he'd easily be rated much higher.

Jake has easily had the harder challenges and is undefeated. Jj is undefeated also and beat Logan and has the experience too. Gib’s only loss was to Jake but he has improved so much in his last couple fights and has convincingly won - experience once again a main factor too. Slims toughest challenge was his last fight with 2 week notice and now is so active - will be pushing top 3 within next 1-2 fights with wins. Logan 5th because he has not won a fight… he has fought arguably the best boxer of all time which boosts his stocks and would beat most RUclipsrs but he hasn’t yet. If he gets 1 win, it’s top 3 for me but he needs to win and needs to be more active. It’s pound for pound, so weight does not have a factor is this list and that’s why Logan is so low for me.
