Hey brother, one question I just had my IP 15 pro max back glass changed and when I turn on the flash the light sort of runs thru the whole camera glass and the camera glass isn’t curved, and the guy told me it’s the most accurate back glass there was, any thoughts?

Theres really no way to tell if the replacement lenses are made of Sapphire, but if youre absolutely certain I wouldnt worry about scratching the lenses with the scalpel. Sapphire is very scratch resistant.

Yes that's something I think aftermarket stuff would not really lean towards to minimize cost and increase profit.
I believe original back glasses are double the price of those I used. In the case of original too you will just take their words for it you cannot verify if it's sapphire or simple glass.

U should have used gas kit brother , this phone is not water resistant any more plus the gum which is oozing out looks ugly , ur hard work is appreciated no point but believe me gas kit would have made it more clean from back and better in terms of water resistance

Are you in the US? I got all my parts from ebay US when not available on Amazon US. Cost of repair I don't know maybe shops are charging $175 to 200$ for the job.
