I agree that flexible build plates should be stock on all resin printers, saves so much hassle, stabbed myself more than once before I fitted one.

Thank you so much! And yes me too. Removing resin prints can be extremely dangerous. Slice your finger right open with a spatula.
@@ThePrintHouse I wonder why the Creality resin seems to have such strong adhesion to the build plate? I've used (3) different (non-Creality) resins now on my Halot Mage Pro and all of the finished prints basically fall off the plate with little/no effort.

Almost bought this (I really wanted to buy it) but the Anycubic M5s was ultimately what I decided on since I already am familiar with Anycubic printers and their slicer.
You don’t need a pump to put the resin back to the bottle. You only need a funnel 😂

For me only Halot box works, other slice softwares still creating some JELLY on the vat.
My first resin printer was a Halot One Plus. It has faults but was plug and play from minute one.

I really liked the video but I do feel there were informercial vibes in there. Like do people really try and pour resin back into the narrow openings of the bottle without a basic tool like a funnel? Reminds me of those informercials where they create a huge problem out of nothing i.e. "ARE YOU SICK OF STRUGGLING WITH BASIC TASKS?" *insert stock footage of someone tripping while trying to carry a 2m high pile of plastic boxes*
There is indention made in cornor of resin vat made to pour it by without making mess
If I recall it doesn't work well, but I haven't used this printer in a year, so take that with a grain of salt.

Glad I ordered the M5s, hopefully it will work better.
I need to check out the M5. My creality contact has been very honest with me, so I do believe updates are coming. I just hope they come soon because this enters a resin market where creality can thrive if they do the right thing.

Is that an issue with lychee though? I dont think that is an issue with creality.
@@ThePrintHouse i consider it to be an issue with creality for several reasons. 1. it is incompatible because lychee doesn't have this new file format. Why did creality feel the need to make a brand new file format. 2. they promised lychee slicer support on the product page but released the product before even telling lychee that it was coming. Lychee themselves said that this came as a surprise. 3. The included slicer from Creality is garbage and if they cannot include a quality slicer they should atleast make sure there are quality slicers supporting their products. i am sure i could come up with a few more reasons but those are the big ones.
Why are you cleaning the vat out every print??? I leave the resin in all the time and if I have a new color I just pour in with the remaining resin... it is all going to get painted anyway...you will have more problems continually emptying the vat...great detailed review by the way...do not buy anything from Creality until they actually start caring about their customer's experiences and begin testing their own products...
