    I always toss my bananas in the freezer when they start to get brown. When I get 6, it means banana bread timeeee. Now I will have to try these

      I've used their new york cookie recipe and frozen spoonfuls of peanut butter for that gooey centre, I just added chocolate chips and roasted peanuts in mine. It would be good to have an official stuffed new york style peanut butter recipe though!

    Greetings from Belgium. Thank you again for the new fantastic video that is explained very well as always. I'm not a banana fan, but I'll definitely give it a try. In the meantime I have also discovered (thanks to your masterclass) that if the butter is not at the right temperature, this affects baking. I also ordered your book: Crumbs & Doilies and it should arrive in the mail today. I'm really looking forward to it and plan to try all the recipes and learn more and more and get a decent result. Craft makes art.

    This is a definite must make on Saturday...my problem is not crossing the very fine line of browned butter to burned butter.

    Just made a batch. I've rolled them into balls and they are in the fridge cooling. One hour left before I can bake them.
    They look and smell fantastic. I'll update later ;)

      As a Memphis resident maybe answer this question . When we toured Graceland we were told Elvis loved peanut butter and banana sandwiches with a side of bacon. I mean I’m not splitting hairs but if I’m making his sandwich I want to make it right. All these years I’ve not included bacon. Should I be?

    I was really excited to try this recipe however it turned out as disaster threw entirely in the bin. The cookies didn't spread at all during baking process but that's not the main issue. They came out super greasy and inedible, eating even one could result in upset stomach. I think the main issue of the recipe is the amount of fat which is very high, 120g of brown butter plus additional 100g of peanut butter and only 170g of flour... I've tried other recipe form this channel before, cookie dough and oreo brownie and it came out greasy and not good as well.

    I just made these. The taste is perfect, but with these measurements of peanut butter and butter seemed to be way too much. My cookies spread and would not hold together. Too greasy to touch. I really wanted these to come out.
