Hey hybrid. I ran into the same issue putting the t3.0 into my rs4 2. The stock keyed flywheel is part # A884. What you need is part # A801, non keyed. There is actually one on ebay right now.

The damn ebay non keyed one is overpriced, I'm wondering if a basic traxxas flywheel would work too? im gonna try one later on. I dont think it will be any diff other than the width of the flywheel itself. Hi great video do you know how fast a HONG NOR x3 gt 2 speed with force 28 engine will go standard rtr please I can't find the top speed of the nitro I don't want electric do you know roughly how much they cost my friend has got one only had 6 tanks through the engine it's immaculate he will sell it me for 175 pounds are they a good car thanks

I got a new vx .18 in a parts bin. I went to use it and realised its crank was slotted like the hpi and could never get it. I actually reused the ae .15 crank in the vx .18 block. I had limited parts myself and could not get that slotted crank to fit nothing and get the clutch on. Doubt youll get that lucky and have the crank swap but always wondered what the deal was with that goofy crank. If always seen the collet type🤷♂️🤷♂️ lol i jis googled that engine its actually for the hsp, but it dont have the funny mount
hey my dude! Yes! This was a direct fit and no motor mounts were needed, that was my main priority for the restoration. I'm currently sorting out the carb linkage issue, since the old 15fe carb had a tiny rotary slide venturi, this one is much wider, the servo needs to move lots more. SO for now im at 120% EPA, and getting creative with other settings. Almost there.

I fitted one of these into a nitro 2 a few years ago. The thing flew afterwards!

The t3.0 is a great replacement for the .15fe
