Ford Focus cluster inoperative for a few seconds and no faults!!

Focus instrumental panel that takes a few seconds to work it actually turned out to be the 12 volt/instrument fuse we’re mixed up and putting the blown fuse into the wrong fuse holder causing the issue to arise
