Hahaha you guys are both idiots, this Armenian beast can dip over 100 kg for reps, look at his Instagram. He did the pull ups all in a row and immediately went into the dips without rest and over killed his arms, that's why he could barely dip towards the end.
It would be something like "Dead for being too cocky". Someone tries to do something beyond his own limits trying to look badass but ends up screwing it up.
i see this happen time and time again. Voskan guy clearly had the potential to win but he clearly burnt him self out on the pull ups because he didn't rest. I think its the aragance of people that get's them. Power or strength doesn't mean much if you can't use it properly. These guy's need to exercise time management and adequate rest between each challenge. I honestly think we will see different results in some cases.
You are right. It just amazes me that so many of these competitors do not understand that they need to set a proper pace., and rest between sets. I think arrogance is a factor as well. But also maturity and experience matters. The german guy is older and more seasoned and clearly knows his limits better than the young armenian guy. In this case the more experienced athlete outsmarted the less experienced one.
He didn't burn himself out on the pull ups, he burnt himself out doing ten dips to near failure. He should have broken up his dips into smaller sets. I agree with your point on pacing though.
Somehow Voskan was very weak at those dips. Plus those failed attempts really pried the energy out of his triceps. He stormed throug hthe pull-ups and deadlifts though. But yeah, as the parent poster mentioned, pacing and rest matters.
Calisthenics is great to watch, but lifting weights is out of their comfort zone when competing against strongmen and bodybuilders. They can lift their body with ease, but when you add weights they usually come up short in these competitions. With that said the calisthenics dude was impressive in pull-ups with 20kg added weight.

I get that. I believe that if you do not to the form correctly, it should not be done at all. Compare it to a job, get it done sloppy or look good while you do it.
Have you ever seen power lifting or strongman events? They would do the initial reps pretty fast. If one performs it slowly , you are just tiring yourself out for no reason. The form you are saying is correct in the bodybuilding gains context, not when you want a job to be done. And yes it looks Damn impressive when a person does it fast like it is so damn easy for him.

Great show of power and strength from Voskan. This battle was a prime example of how training SMART can take you places. Voskan completely gassed out with the 20 straight set pull-ups. Should have split that up into two or 4 sets of 5 etc. The result would have been a lot different. Well done to both. They've done tremendously to get to where they are. I can barely do 3 bodyweight pull-ups lol. Baby steps. But plenty of hard work, courage and mental toughness to get to where these beasts are.
Although I agree in this case it's a matter of exercise, all muscle groups exhaust the same nervous system and it's quite easy to burn out your system when you're working with RPE 9+.
Austrian Powers What? You try and hit some heavy squats for reps then go straight into a heavy bench press and hit them for reps. Do that, upload a video. I'll believe your 'different muscle group' broscience.
I agree it is better to break up a set so you don't smoke your CNS. He probably would have done better if he had done so. However in this case he failed on dips as his tri's gave up. That's why he couldn't lockout at the top. He did say he was weak on dips. It definitely wasn't CNS as he was able to go straight to squats and smash them out. Great battle though!
If he wears a shirt that has the name of a terorist organization which is responsible for hundreds of death then people have the right to be angey about it. They should have understood it and ban the athlete.
MuratBodybuilding then by that logi we should also ban anyone who wears a Turkish shirt as it is the same flag as Ottoman Empire responsible for 1.5 million Armenian deaths
+Matt Carrick Turkey is not Ottoman Empire. Ottoman Empire fell and Turkey Republic is found. It's not about fighting between nations this is sports it is about competing at peace no organization that has done anything about killing humans should be supported whatsoever. Where is the peace in that?
💥This was a very close and also great battle. Both athletes look great. Congratulation Joe Lewis!💥 BOOM!🔥 #alwaysthewinningteam 👉The fight starts at 4:17 LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED
Okay, it's either Joe intentionaly slowed down his deadlift, or there exists in this planet, a calisthenics guy who's f*ckin jacked and strong at deadlift.
hummm can't u shut up u saw a street worker good at deadlift and i think that they had both adrenaline it was a match and at all i think that you can be good at deadlift buy doing calisthenics but you need to do calis. for know this
at least 5 dips maybe 6 he dident lock out on at the start this is bollox they do the same shit every time loads of opponents have lost due the refs wet "behind the ear kids" cant count or are blind as a bat !!!
yes but it looked as if they had a hold up attaching the weights to the chain beforehand so that evens itself out in a way. french dude burned himself out, plain and simple
BRAVO guys that was great!!! I know this bodyweight vs iron argument will never die. I think the smart lifters realized you need BOTH! When you get to a certain level of strength you can lean on the bodyweight portion a bit more, but to have that physique you really want you're going to have to LIFT there's no way to avoid it.
I dont know about the others but I dont feel the INTENSITY when I see them taking a break. How about you make an episode with like 5 exercise and less kilos?
Husky T, that's exactly his point. If there were different exercises then they could test a lot more strength without fatiguing the muscles and having to rest. This is already endurance wars, as proven by Voskan burning out during dips.
yeah man they should do atleast 4 exercises. for example 2 where the bodybuilder has an advantage and 2 where the calisthenics guy has an advantage that would be fcking cool
It’s all about what part of muscle group you work out the most. The calisthenics guy seemed to do exceedingly well on he’s other two workouts, except the dips. If he worked out he’s dips muscles the same that he did on the other two workouts, than he would for sure beat the German guy.
the guy with blue shirt works smarter in his training and focus on breating , the other is impatient, anw want finish fast , i hope he will see this comment because if he keep working like that hell get injured
Armenia isnt a 3rd World country. It isnt rich, but comparing it to Africa or some Arab Shithole is not fair. I admit that guy looked douchey, but throughout the whole competition he was not acting out of charackter or being rude to anyone or said anything unappropriate. And yes, doing 20 Dips in a row was the opposite of being self-containment. Conclusion: back to /pol/ with you
omar elsayed I am aware there are very rich arab countries. The only thing i feel superior in, is morally. I call them a shithole, because of how fucked up islam is and what it does to peoples mind. Chopping of peoples heads on a daily basis and having 12 wifes that you would burn alive if she didnt cover her face is fucked up. So morally, i do indeed feel superior yes, Im kinda poor myself to be honest lol
Oh wauw how rich from you to say all of this. And btw why .. just WHY do people compare those 10.000 isis f*ckers with the other billion muslims who do not have 12 wifes, who do not chop people's heads 'because islam' and who do not burn people. You really think all of this is written in the quran, I'm a true muslim, who has LOTS of atheist friends and believe me, I don't think about blowing myself up. It's not human what they do. Please stop the nonsense of judging on the religion itself.. look at the people themselves.
omar elsayed Where do you live? Go and grow up in a muslims country ( apart from turkey) and you will end up just like that. Yeah the muslims in murica and europe are not like this, but the muslims in the origin countries are like that. All of them are fucked up like this. Im also done here, no point in discussing this with a muslim. "But islam is the religion of peace bro!"
Let's make a point here. Who the hell started all of this madness in those countries. Ever heard about the memo the US had to destroy 8 muslim countries' gouvernment in 5 years? Terorrism and all that madness started after the attacks in Iraq etc. There was 0 problem with Arabic countries before the stupid decision which btw USA supported to start building Israel in a fcking arabic country. Islam is a religion of peace but you f*ckers f*cked the countries where Islam used to be real. They live in terrible conditions now where even religion can't change their minds. you pathetic prick blame whatever you want, dont even reply like you said, you don't know what's happening around you. Just live in your 'perfect' world dude. Im out.

good video...amazing job, Street wars. very original.
Take about 2 sec on the exertion, about 5 sec on the return to the starting point. That will help your muscle get bigger more so than just lifting bigger weight. Always controlled movements coupled with proper form. Fewer reps heavier weight gives bigger muscles, but I think you should still include lighter weights more reps for better staying power. Also, make sure that your protein intake actually covers 9 essential proteins: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. (There is a 10th, and that is arginine, but it isn't as needed in adults as it is kids, many sources of the aforementioned 9 will also have this in it.) Just because something has a lot of protein, doesn't mean that it is covering all of them. Take about 0.75 g per 1 pound you want to weigh, but you can take one for one with no adverse effects, so long as you don't exceed 1.5 g of protein per pound you currently weigh. I advise to remain close to natural/organic. Take some about 30 min before and within 45 after. You will need to read up on which ones work best at what times. But two complete proteins are quinoa and milk (whey more specifically, but I avoid as it is modified from milk but is found in it; however, going to avoid my choice and give what I think might be best advice in a simple format, however, proper research and experimentation will help you find what is best for you). Take about 14% of your protein in something like quinoa before and about 8% in whey after. The rest of your protein should be throughout the day, fairly even spread. Granted, how long you workout and types of workout you do, you may need to adjust for. Your workout also should not exceed 90 min a day, that includes cardio. To help with recovery, manganese is great. And make sure you also get your 4 electrolytes. On the days of heavy lifts, increase carbs just a bit. Always do at least 30 min of moderate cardio after a workout. it is best to do a form of cardio that complements the workouts you did. Never skip legs, they can promote the muscle growth for the whole body. Hope this wasn't too scattered for you. In a rush and my brain works in many directions all at the same time.
My man put his efforts on hairstyle, beard, wear some fancy t-shirt, shouting and stuff but forgot the most important part of this competition....power!!
i think they choose bodybuilders that do a lot of pull ups on their trainings, most of bodybuilders can't do complete range pull ups ex: Jeff seid,Alon Gabbay etc... so...
No they pick any thats willing to join strength wars. Before they start vs each other they have like a week of practice doing different exercises that has to do in strength wars. If they do bring a bodybuilder such as jeff seid they'd definitely even pay him someone like him will get them more views which equals more money.
pablo mp These are exercises all lifters do even calisthenics and cross fitters these are basic lifts but put together it becomes very hard and competitive. Their not supposed to give you time to practice because this a battle not a mens physique competition. But I think a few weeks is what they give them to get an idea of the lift so they know what their doing when it comes to the battle.
+arabah72 I do calisthenics bro,but i think that an average bodybuilder don't do so many pull ups, just my experience,in My gym i see bodybuilders doing shitty pull ups
+pablo mp bodybuilders do but there are many lat exercises so it's not necessary a main lift. I'm a bodybuilder and the differences between a bodybuilder is that they are not intensive when it comes to exercises like pull ups and body movement.

Probably best for all of us if we leave politics out of Strength Wars.
they should wear strength wars tshirts
Daniel Dekra me?
Earlier: 0.05 I don't care about my enemy i just crush em.
In the end: Utterly got crushed by his enemy.
💥This was a very close and also great battle. Both athletes look great. Congratulation Joe Lewis!💥 BOOM!🔥 #alwaysthewinningteam
👉The fight starts at 4:17 LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED
Okay, it's either Joe intentionaly slowed down his deadlift, or there exists in this planet, a calisthenics guy who's f*ckin jacked and strong at deadlift.
hexbar 160 kg thats all i have to say.
don't over estimate it, he will probably get fatigued after those deadlifts lol it's just the adrenaline rush as l3laxxx said
didnt go all the way. u have to bring your shoulders back and get your back as straight as possible once you are standing. he didnt do that
He slowed down
hummm can't u shut up u saw a street worker good at deadlift and i think that they had both adrenaline it was a match and at all i think that you can be good at deadlift buy doing calisthenics but you need to do calis. for know this
The dips Joe did *DO NOT* count. The guy had to keep telling him to lock out and you guys still counted them👎
at least 5 dips maybe 6 he dident lock out on at the start this is bollox they do the same shit every time loads of opponents have lost due the refs wet "behind the ear kids" cant count or are blind as a bat !!!
yes but it looked as if they had a hold up attaching the weights to the chain beforehand so that evens itself out in a way. french dude burned himself out, plain and simple
Nick Bentzel thats part of the match. If you cant tie your chains why should you be given advantage?
Voskan wasn't doing full reps on the pull-ups.
WE NEED STRICTER JUDGES!!!
lol i like how the armenian guy looked so smug after finishing the pull ups then he got caught at the dips
How about you make an episode with like 5 exercise and less kilos?
or half the reps
***** You can also prove you strength by doing 5 exercises with more muscle groups
They usually don't mix alot of exercises. For example they don't put bench press and dips in the same video, or pull ups and bicep curls
I ask to the universe to see Frank Medrano in this channel
It would be rly cool
luchi que tal el ayuno? hazle caso a Diego
pero ñifola habit hadñi boķchi ; pasţa estevan naja naja
Even he is over 65 years
Luchi Bonfico omg!! That super human😍. Is is out of this world
0:56 lmao! It took 3 Shots to show his face
Bruh😂😂👏
he so good looking the camera had to do 3 TAKES!!!
For shits and giggles, please bring a crossfitter
I don't think it would be fair.
+NakedSnake to the crossfitter or to the opponent?
I just realized does anyone see the thumbnail? Lol XD
He's cosplaying as the Undertaker.
Lmao, no fake kipping “pull-ups” allowed
i want to join this shit one day
+The devouring Storm nice english broo
+Drawsler chill. nah** happy?
The devouring Storm not sure

+Mihail Jit. i wouldn't say i want to join this if i dont train?
The French guys was already done in the second round but he never gave up. Respect.
The Thumbnail Man ...!!! Also Love How the Armenian Guy Blasted the Pull ups Then The Body Builder Nonchalantly Moved On ... Damn Man .
the Armenian did 13 reps on 3rd exercise in 19 seconds , i salute this guy
@!@ F.A.C.K.●A.S.A.LA@!@ T.E.R.R.O.R.İ.S.T
fuck armenia
It’s all about what part of muscle group you work out the most. The calisthenics guy seemed to do exceedingly well on he’s other two workouts, except the dips. If he worked out he’s dips muscles the same that he did on the other two workouts, than he would for sure beat the German guy.
Please invite POWEREXPLOSIVE to the show
sería genial....
he will have no chance what is the hype with this dude?
+lelegume1635 its all about weigth, obviously he wont stood a chance against a 90kg dude.
+Bebe de Luz i saw some of his video and i don't really understand what he does... powerlifting weightlifting or bodybuilding?
Basically he's the god of lifting heavy ass shit. The guy does weighted pullups with 100kg for reps.
"I don't care about my enemy, I will crush him" . . . ha,ha.
StephenPM1 7u7uuuuuuuu
he's strong af too
dude for me he is the winner it's just that the other had stronger triceps not the entire body he struglled in pull ups dude for real !
@@kessaramine9102 sure u have ur opinion ,but The winner is the winner .U r not the judge
That's what I was thinking too at the end. It's always best to say less, and do more.
Awesome! I was watching the street guy on dips and thought what's wrong with him? Went back to confirm he was dipping 50kgs. Love this channel.
I would be interested to see a female edition of Strength Wars or at least a couple of episodes here and there.
This is a great idea actually!
in for the goodies :)
Yes! Mainly squats too
its already there chk that out
Adjmb B agreed
Thank you BodybuildRev for all of your work! Really helps with my motivation! Always happy to see a new episode keep it up!

Same. The guys eyes
+JuicyBoyGaming
yeah its TETZEL 😉
lmao
Haha yea! 😂
lmao same here
It's always nice seeing European intelligence, self-containment and calmness beat the 3rd world macho showmanship approach.
Im out.
8:23 9:45
This 22yo guy was good at first and last exercices, sad he lost that much time on disp.
Those pull ups were nothing Vuskan, damn that's strength right there.
Bodybuilders are such underrated athletes. Good to see 1 take home a win.

4:27 music please
Tetzel looks like undertaker in the thumbnail 😂😵😂
I thought so lol
So true
i was listening to background music....and i loved it what's the song name please??
Referees weren't fair regarding dips repetition quality in my opinion
We don’t need to treat terrorists fairly, they deserve death
Bring in Big Boy from Strength Cartel =Epicness
add rankings to this competition cash prices
LOL i can hear the "HIT THAT SHIT HOMIE!"
no pls don´t. that fatass would gass out in the first round
pitbull from strength cartel would be way better. he's still freakishly strong, but light enough to do high rep pull ups and dips. he'd be a lot more functional
good video...amazing job, Street wars. very original.
If the calisthenics guy didn't sit at the top of his rep for so long every time, he probably would have won.
crossfitter vs bodybuilder came on!! just 1 times!!!
call rich froning
+Napster Channel Rich froning destroy all bodybuilder... :D
Roids destroy all nattys
Naaaaah let us see a powerlifter vs a crossfiter doing deadlift
I do calisthenic...arms size 13.2"
100% natural
I want to build my arms 17"-18"
which kind of supplement and diet should I take?
In a rush and my brain works in many directions all at the same time.
good to See that the macho is besten
beaten
Haha dat french guy was like "What ? Pullups already done ? Too easy...". Arrogant people get what they deserve.
Tarantoz Macho?
Calistenics forever and always! 🔥
Could you please release the playlist ?
8:04 when you realise u r f*cked up
Damn that was crazy! He almost made an epic comeback
The men's physique guy is my favourite competitor on strength wars. I saw him again in episode 2.
And he won again! THE BEAST! Joe if you are reading this you are a beast. Excellent physique.
Bodybuilder has strong triceps
voskan...! hats off man....you did a great job..
5:20 already fight
"I can finish dips like anything"
Did hear someone say “give him some soup” 😂
He never stops fighting, that's what real match is.
Я здесь один с России??😞
неа😉
Я думал я тут один
Не один
я один услышал знакомые слова на отжиманиях на брусьях у второго? :)
не
you should get dominik sky to compete
I do curls of 30kg 10reps does that make me a power lifter too??
"I don't care about my enemy, because i will crush him"
If Voskan took his time on the dips in stead of doing 10 at once, he would have won.
My thought so, He should have split 20 dips into small sets, and not rest too much on the bars like that
He should have split the pull ups in two sets, not splitting the dips. The pull ups gave him a lot of fatigue.
My man put his efforts on hairstyle, beard, wear some fancy t-shirt, shouting and stuff but forgot the most important part of this competition....power!!
Kali Muscle Vs Vegan Gains next video :D
i think they choose bodybuilders that do a lot of pull ups on their trainings, most of bodybuilders can't do complete range pull ups ex: Jeff seid,Alon Gabbay etc... so...
No they pick any thats willing to join strength wars. Before they start vs each other they have like a week of practice doing different exercises that has to do in strength wars. If they do bring a bodybuilder such as jeff seid they'd definitely even pay him someone like him will get them more views which equals more money.
+arabah72 Don't think that in 1 week you can prepare pull ups
pablo mp These are exercises all lifters do even calisthenics and cross fitters these are basic lifts but put together it becomes very hard and competitive.
Calisthenics guys did the cleanest pull up and dead lift. Big respect!
ABDULLAH CATLI JOING IN ARMENIAN ROOM ;)))
Woooowe Awsm
Great war until the end they surly battled to the death go strength Wars!!!!!!!!
I'm street workout person too but I'm street workout person without doing pull ups,
