@ZERO_O7X Just ignore them. I *think* they're making a joke as "you fell off" style memes have become popular again, but either way, I have had only positive interactions with the Daily Dose channel. The vast majority of the Complex is very kind! I've personally helped over a dozen channels now with editing advice, help with copyright problems, and other stuff, every single one has been very pleasant :)
To my knowledge, there's only 2 "bad apples" in the Complex and I was told to generally avoid interacting with them

i never ever thought hasan would cover this, i collect occlupanids/bread tabs too and we're a really chill and fun community, i have about 20 unique bread tabs in my collection, they're much harder to come by these days and i make my own bread so i mostly trade for them, find them as litter, or get them from friends/family
it's not a lot, but most commonly you'll just get repeats, which i have a ton of but aren't as fun to collect
plus i collect a lot of different random things so it's off and on ,
A hell of a rabbit hole to go into, going all the way to Japan, finding info on conservative groups that basically started every modern right wing conspiracy just cause he confused a fruit tag for a bread one. Awesome video.
I'm only halfway through, so maybe he finds it. The "odon" or whatever it's called, isn't a bread tab, it's used on veggie bags. The two "wings" overlap and connect to each other, forming a cone. To remove it, you simply pull it, and it flips over and slides off easily.

not sure what the overall message is for this story, but bread tabs are a great example of how you can literally run a billion dollar monopoly by producing a simple yet useful product that is really obscure yet ubiquitous at the same time. And there are still millions of ideas for products like this that still haven't been brought to life.
I've neveer seen such tabs in South America, we use a short metal wire covered in plastic.

I wonder if there is now. I can see in the 1950's. But for something simple with zero complexity, what mechanic could be left to create? Have we not exhausting every way to packed something? Or deliver it? What fruit or vegetable has not had every possible type of knife or peeler invented for it?
