I've got a stock 96 civic coupe 5mt in black (granada black)! Grandma owned, but the last owner thrashed it, and while the clutch and engine had its problems, she's been good to me since I've gotten her. Interior swap (mostly) from a matching dark grey interior EX, and I'm replacing the clutch and putting the work in to get it mint, but all I want is OEM+. Putting a D16Y8 intake on it so I can install the matching front strut tower brace I have (Megan Racing) and outside of that, once the security situation is figured out, I want to put the factory radio and cassette tape player back in it and get the ac fixed, perfect daily driver to keep for a long long time, 182k miles and going strong.
That makes sense now....they didn't offer any warranty....but then again the replacements may fail to......JDM imported motors are the best way to go ( let me know if you have any questions about that).
@@D16_EK_Official Ok thanks now that you say it I can actually picture it. Im imaging gears that are curved maybe for a smoother connection as opposed to like straight cut that would be noisy and cause vibration like a welded Diff ...but I could be totally wrong I need to research it because I'm definitely going LSD in the future.
Im glad that Blox is still around, man they've been in the game for many years now.
Oh ya. They are still very good too

Bless. I like that build. Sounds like it should be something very reliable and comfortable. Wish you all the best
Oem+ is the way I have a 2000 civic tryna save her
😊
👌
Looks good
🔥🔥
How in the hell do you go through five motors in one year? Something doesn’t sound right about that.
🤣🤣🤣Junkyard motors. The most I paid for them was $50

I'm from minnesota I've built a high comp p29 d16a6 with z6 head before i made almost the same hp but this was way back in 2010.
That's dope. I got a few tricks up my sleeve to try and make the build as efficient as possible
@D16_EK_Official i would love to see it bro cause I might build another one.
What's the difference between Helical and LSD? Just curious.
The best I can explain it, the helical is more of a smother translation when locking up.
