Hello EasyTech Geek. Good video showing us procedures on how to resolve Wi-Fi issues with Windows 10 or Windows 11. I noticed couple procedures I wasn't aware of when I watched the video which is good because those would be additional procedures to add to my list on top of what I already have. Good to know other methods for resolving the same issue. It's good to have many options. Another thing I noticed while I watched the video was that there were couple steps from two procedures that didn't get mentioned in the video. In the Services window list there are actually four more services that needs adjustments. Besides WWAN Auto Config which was already mentioned in the video the four other services would be WLAN AutoConfig, Windows Update, Network List Service and Windows Connection Manager in that order. In the video there were two commands that got mentioned to enter for the Command Prompt, but there's actually one more to enter though. That other command to enter would be ipconfig /flushdns. So, to start off the command prompt process it would be to enter first netsh winsock reset then the second command to enter would be netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt and then the third command would be ipconfig /flushdns.
@stv fx If your laptop or phone is able to connect with other Wi-Fi services and not with yours, more than likely there's an issue or issues with your Wi-Fi router. If your Wi-Fi router is more than seven or more than eight years old, you probably might need an updated unit.

@@EasyTechGeek mine's already on windows 11 and i have also updated to it's latest versions, but this problem yet continues, now it disconnects in every 2 hours.
Hello Eshan. Maybe I'll be able to assist you with the Wi-Fi issues. I'm not sure if by now the issues got fixed permanently on your end, but if it's not and still randomly disconnecting, maybe I'll help you out. While I watched this video I noticed few procedures didn't get mentioned. Due to the fact that few procedures didn't get mentioned in this video, that might be the reason the Wi-Fi gets disconnected randomly. If you have Windows 11, in the Taskbar search box type "Services". Click on the "Services " icon when it appears. In the Services window there is more than one service to select for adjustments to be made. In the video one got selected which was WWAN Auto Config. The WWAN Auto Config I wasn't aware of, but it's good to know. However, as for the ones I was aware of to make adjustments those would be WLAN AutoConfig, Windows Update, Network List Service and Windows Connection Manager in that order. The same procedure shown in the video needs to be done on these four services which is to use the mouse to highlight the service, then right click to select "Properties". Click on Properties. Select "Automatic" for the Start up type and press the Start button for the Service status. A total of five Services for adjustments to be made. After the adjustments are made, restart your computer. If this doesn't work you can try some commands to enter in Command Prompt. In the Taskbar search box enter CMD. When the Command Prompt icon appears, right click it and select "Run as administrator". In the video two commands got mentioned, but there's actually one more to enter though. That other command to enter would be ipconfig /flushdns. So, to start off the command prompt process it would be to enter first netsh winsock reset then the second command to enter would be netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt and then the third command would be ipconfig /flushdns. After that, type "exit" and hit enter to close out the Command Prompt window. After that, restart your computer. More than likely after this the issue would get resolved. So, the procedures I just mentioned and the others mentioned in this video should be able to fix the Wi-Fi issues.
@@jefferybaxter1225 as per now it's resolved, after following all the steps like resetting the network, then the CMD, and those of what you have mentioned it's fixed. Hi , Doesn't work for me any of those methods. Sorry
Thanks, but nothing has worked for me. i recently just got fiber installed and thought everything was good until after they left, one hour later my internet dropped. so i reset it and it works again, for only about 45mins-1 hour. then i have to reset etc. i troubleshooted by buying a new gaming nighthawk wireless router, still does the same thing. so i wired straight from the modem to my pc. HERES WHATS WEIRD. on my PC it will stay connected but when im playing call of duty, every 45-mins-1 hour im getting a HUGE lag spike for about 20 seconds where my character is glitching across the map, like its really bad. then it just goes away and comes back every 45mins. so something is happening every 45min or so thats disconnecting my internet and i don't get it :(. i just called my isp and scheduled them to come out. any ideas anyone? im thinking a faulty modem, or line in the ground? but how would it still connect and work great for 45 mins. lol im lost please help.
At&t?
I dont have wireless adapter settings?
it must be there just have to look for more. 👍
My problem is not solved
I have been able to solve my issue thanks a lot
Well done mate cheers ❣️
Sir! Still i have the same issues even after trying all the options.
You can try creating a Hotspot from Mobile and connect Laptop with that and let me know if it acts the same or it's stable internet 👍
@@EasyTechGeek It's the same with mobile hotspot too. Please help 😌
You can do the network reset i have made the video on it today also if that doesn't work then upgrade to Windows 11.
@@EasyTechGeek Its already windows 11 sir!
Then take the backup and reset the pc see if it's working. If still issues then it could be a hardware issue 👍
It didnt work for me :((((

@@EasyTechGeek forget it :( my issue still persists :( It's sad because it went well but then after like 30-40 minutes it kept the same WIFI behavior. Thanks tho, I'm trying every single solution I'm seeing on YT but if it persist I might need to change the Wi-Fi card even tho my laptop is pretty new, like less then half a year of use.
My ipv6 isn’t connected
Check for ipv4 mate. 👍
worked like magic thanks a lot
Glad it was helpful mate ❤️😊🙋
None of them worked for me idk why my computer is doing this but at my old house it never did this until I moved
Try to connect with your Mobile Hotspot check if it's doing the same 👍
@@EasyTechGeek what if you don’t got data or hotspot
Then we can arrange a mobile phone which almost everyone has and then create a Hotspot
Thanks for this amazing tips!
