Is there a way for me to have the bot answering my message for me? I'm thinking of building some pomodoro app that answer that I will be available in X minutes.

Thanks for watching! From the Teams actions available in Power Automate there are only two Reply actions. 1) Reply with a message in a channel and 2) Reply with adaptive card in a channel.
You could us the Post message in a chat or a channel action. With this action, you can select whether to post it as yourself, the Flow bot or Power Virtual Agents. Note that PVA is still in preview.
Also, when you select to post as a User or a Flow bot you can only post in a group chat or a channel. Not sure if this helps at all. I'd recommend experimenting with these options to see if they suit your requirements.

Is this free? Or is it a subscription? I keep finding things which says try for free?

Depends on the type of subscription plan you have.

I can totally see a use for this. I manage setting up passwords and licenses for a group of people and I always have to send them a link to my LIST that I need them complete. And I also am asked how to do things in this new program and often have to send them the link to a SharePoint site that has all the training videos. This sounds like a dream. I am definitely going to give this a try. Thx!

Tip: Create a Team specifically to manage the bot. It makes it a lot easier to manage and add/remove permissions for specific users to add content.

@@acreativeopinion I did it today - didn't update the WELCOME message so had a few people wonder what it was all about. lol Won't forget that again! But I think it works. Having some people test it to be sure. This will really help me a lot and save so much time looking up links each time. TY

Thanks, can you do a video to get information from Excel spreadsheet with Power Virtual Agents?

    • @acreativeopinion

I can try. Can you give me a bit more information as to what type of data you are trying to return from Excel?

@@acreativeopinion We have an Excel spreadsheet that has a lot of information about all our applications and if we enter the name of the application or owner, technical owner, etc in chatbots and it'll show up in the chatbot. For example, an application A, B, and C are owned by user Tom and C, and D is owned by user Henry if I ask the chatbot "Give me all the applications that the owner is Tom." And chatbot will give me a result application name A, B, and C.

Can you confirm a few more things for me in your workflow?
      - Is your data in an Excel table?
      - Can an application have more than one owner? You indicated in your example that application c are owned by Tom and Henry. Not sure if it was a typo or if an application can be owned by more than one person.
      - Is there a reason you've chosen to keep this information in an Excel spreadsheet vs a SharePoint list?
      Thanks!
