I make egg bites all the time. But now I want to try tater tots in them!!! I have little tater rounds and I'll air fry them and add them to the egg bites with sausage and or bacon. Thank you so much for that scripture... It truly touched my heart!

I was thinking the same...perhaps add a little flour and an egg to left over mashed potatoes... isn't there muffin cup pans for larger cups ?..could be a side dish versus a snack size...

i would think that putting a very little scrambled egg batter in top of the potatoes before adding anything else would add some serious flavor/consistency to hold it together then add your other ingredients?
Sausage Gravy and, Sloppy Joes! If one hasn’t tried Sloppy Joe tarter tot casserole your missing out, especially using Kent Rollins homemade Sloppy Joes with Chipotle Peppers, not spicy, mild heat! That recipe would also be good in those cups as well!

Remember, Thousand, Island Dressing is made very much like tarter sauce but, you use mayo and, ketchup like you said Becky but, you have to have your sweet relish for your 1,000 Islands but, I put a little mustard, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, a little Splenda, Apple cider vinegar and, some chopped onions. I would appreciate if everyone could keep me in their prayers, I was talking to one of doctors on Wed. and, well, got a lot to think about and, more than, likely what my options with be concerning my hands, thank you 🙏🏻 and, God bless!

‘something’ I won’t spell out ‘on a shingle’ a meat in white gravy over toast or bread
It was used a lot by the military going back something like 100 years- they would use cans of chipped beef, in a gravy and poured over toast. So a bit like biscuits and gravy.
I love SOS and make it fairly often with either dried beef or ground beef.
A name I refuse to use for a dish I like a lot: Creamed chipped beef on toast. That's the proper name.
I hate pickle on a hamburger. I'll pass on that part.
