Great video, but just one correction. You said "retirement home". It was actually a retirement community.
This isn't just a recap, but a thoughtful analysis of the characters, the story progression and the theme as well. Excellent work and well articulated!
took me 29 years but i finally watched all of the sopranos haha!! My grandpa was actually an extra in two scenes as some guy in a diner sitting in the back. I cant lie it seemed to drag on for many episodes but overall it was a high quality television show.. especially for me being a jersey boy living close to newark
I’m just now finishing season 1….for the 1st time actually!! 🤣🤣💪🏾
Fiction can be fun
Drag on huh interesting. I just finished season one and loved every episode! Very cool about your gramps!
That was your grandfather?!💯
It came out 25 years ago
OUTSTANDING! I thought it was going to be AI crap but it’s actually a very well done video synopsis of a very complicated story by a real human being who no doubt worked very hard to produce this. Cleared up a lot of confusion for me! Great job 👏🏽 👊🏽 👍🏽
I thought it might be a robot voice, too, when first started listening!
Voice is just so low-key or something...
Pleasant to listen to, once you ascertain that it isn't AI.
"It's a retirement community !!!"

junior doesnt admit Tony is the real boss because he really thinks he is the boss and doesn't wanna acknoledge Tony's role cause of his ego
not (only) because of his principles
Yeah, I think that's a valid point!
I think u got a point but also I think junior knows cos he found out Tony meets with the others capos behind his back at the retirement community
I think he knew at that point, but still wanted to keep up the image to the authorities, If u know what I mean
Yet he eventually did recognize Tony as boss
Thanks for making this video, I just recently watched the season 1 finale after a long break, and needed to watch a recap of what was going on before I start season 2. Thank you very much for the detailed and informing video on The Sopranos Season 1.
Thanks for the recap 💙
I literally never knew Tony's middle name was John, but I guess he has that name from his father
And AJ, too.
Yes Italians usually always name the son after either dad or grandfather
@@pauldalnoky6055AJ actually is for Anthony junior
thanks for the recap :)
I love this video so much, explained the season so well. I thought I would have a recap on the season as soo many things go on that I couldn't keep track of it all and to see it briefly summarised so well and simple makes me question why you haven't burst out in popularity. Definitely worth subscribing to your channel, would love to see more videos as such. ❤
Thanks for the kind words! The plan is to keep going and produce more videos like this and hopefully more success will come my channel's way. Season 2 coverage should start in a few days.
Totally agree. I just finished the first season myself, and this video helps piece everything together before I watch season 2
Thank you so much. You eplained/recapped many thing that I've missed while watching the show. Keep up the good work!
Thanks, will do!
This is an excellent recap!
Great videos, much appreciated
Really well done. Great synopsis on the season. This combined with others analysis of the characters really makes the series exactly what it is, great. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's hard to find a narrator with a good voice, but your bro GOT ONE!!! Very soothing.
I guess it's a matter of preference, some people find my voice annoying and monotone, while others like you seem to enjoy it. Thanks!
@CD: Good Call, Couldn't Put My Finger On Why, You Got It In One, Especially When Watching Late At Night In A House Full Of Family Looking For Reasons To Bawl Me Out, Insomnia Is The Tech For Being A 'Night-Owl', I Digress, Surprisingly Many Are Oblivious Of The Positive Attribute In Ones Possession Of Low-Pitched Speak, A Quality Only Maligned By The Brutish In Maturity Weak! Started the show this week, what an amazing video bro, on episode 5, so i wont watch the full video for now
Thank you, Alejandro!
Glad the series quickly got over season one’s crime of the week simplicity
bro u are the user assasin
Why did the 2 guys need to find the teachers car? Even with explanation i don't get what is happening
Tony's son AJ mentioned it to him and Tony wanted to help out AJ's teacher. So Tony sent two of his guys to take care of it.
he didn't want to help the teacher. his son was getting a D and he wanted him to get better grades by getting the teacher a stolen car that they repainted
@@BenjaTValso, carmella mentions it to tony after AJ mentions it to her and tony's first response is "he can work his summer vacation"
please know more about the show before you make videos on it. thank you
@@GuidoLuzzithis was well done. I don't think he is ill prepared extremely detailed and explained.if you can do better go ahead
A Golem is ann old movie monsters along the lines of Frankenstein. But is also based on a jewish folktale of a monster being made to protect the Jewish tribe, in the silent movies the monster goes on a rampage after a women did not return his love. The Jews in episode three are comparing Tony to said monster, one they thought they could use to their own benefit, but now curse their deal with the devil because they have no unleashed a monster
