Tip: Put the ball in a thin sock/stocking so you can position the ball in the right spot, especially for the rhomboid area and lower. Use the opposite hand to hold the sock/stocking (i.e. left hand for the right side and vice versa) as you toss it over your shoulder and raise/lower the ball in place.
