I know I'm late to the party but this game looks like crap. Maybe you need to blow in the cart, lol. (or emulator). seriously tho, wouldn't be on my top to play list but I did enjoy your gameplay. Good job.
That's alright. I have heard from quite a few people in the twitch community and they agree. This game is too hard. I spent several hours just trying to figure out how to get past the first two bone pillars at the beginning of stage 04 and finally said screw it! I am gonna TAS it LOL. So that's how this rom hack came to be. For me anyways. I wanted to see it done. Just didn't think it would take me several days to complete it haha.

agreed. this romhack was by far one of the hardest for me to TAS. not to mention this was easy mode! Hard mode is just brutal on so many levels lol

What emulator you use? I love playing Castlevania ROM hacks but for some reason I can't get Holy Relics or Hell's Fury to work on Mesen.
I used fceux but bizhawk would be my second choice and it has a lot of great tas editor resources as well

Why do you not throw away as many subweapons as possible before the level ends? That seems like it would save time on the bonus points part.
Most of the music is in the wrong place.
with the Castlevania hack program you can shuffle the music around if desired. 👍

this was the easy mode too! I never tried tasing the hard mode. though I think hard mode the enemies and bosses just have higher hp
