Chicken mushroom

Chicken mushroom is one of my favorites dish. The mushrooms should first be deep fry to sealed its flavor before cooking. Frying also give it a smooth texture. I used oyster to cook all mushroom dishes to enhance the mushroom taste.

Thank you for this super recipe, it's one of my favourites also chicken with ginger and spring onion and this is similar. I have some dried shitake mushrooms so i might give this a go later.
