Another great looking build. The guild building is a terrific idea, and it has come out really well! The only tiny immersion breaker for me, and it really is tiny (real nitpicking stuff here because everything looks amazing) is that most of your pallets in the warehouse are placed so that the forklifts can't actually pick them up. They have open faces on two sides because that's where the forks are inserted into each pallet to be able to move it around as required. But again, in such a good build, it really is stretching to find any real issues at all. Looking forward to the next one.
@JabberGames Just to add to the nitpick, I also noticed that all the front doors in town open inwards. Now that's not a biggie but given that the town stores large quantities of oil... that would complicate things for the people inside in case there's a fire.
This Is looking very nice i look forward to seeing what you build next Also i do like the roads they fit the theme well & they also give the place a city look & GN or Good Day to You
I would love to see the Nahant Oceanological Society building be turned into some sort of mirelurk farm/cannery. It would make the settlement feel more self sufficient i think.
Since the last video, several useful things surprise me in these installations. I watch a lot of constructions and restorations made by many people - made on PC or X-BOX or PlayStation. I have often seen new things, and I still see some in your installations. It is very interesting. Many are impossible for me to obtain, as I am on PS. I think I will get an X-BOX just to redo my constructions and restorations in F4. Because it is possible to have access to many more Mods. I can not even buy extensions that appear in the menu (of my PS4Pro), because they are presented to me in gray, and therefore without link. I notice you have (like many) the greenery mode - which extends a little everywhere in the Commonwealth. But I would like to know if you can remove part of it to build something there? Thank you and I await the next video. See you soon.
This is all on PC which seems to benefit from the most mod compatibility. The greenery (grass and trees) is a mod and can be removed. However, I like the look 😉
Didnt mean to impugn your roadmaking i trust the whole process i know youve got thought behind everything its just not what i would do and that great its why im watching someone else after all for new ideas i wouldnt have thought of otherwise
i love it, the coast is my favourite place to build (or on a river) :)

Haha good point. If I remember, I'll definitely fix that. I'll put smaller boxes up there that the ladders can reach :)

Haha, no worries. It's all subjective. But i appreciate you following along! 😌
Amazing work you do! I like it very much!
But I notice a lack of toilets in town
Can I ask to add some please?)
Noted! There's always room for toilet expansion!
Amazing mod!! I do wonder for someone that would like to do something like this on xbox what mods would you suggest
Check the video description.. kind of the main mods in there. You can do pretty much all I'm doing here with them 😊
