honestly I kinda get why some people wouldn't like every weapon to have LL integration? sometimes you just want those cool unique weapons to be truly unique and something only the player or possibly a companion have access to and that's totally valid imo
Agreed. Dak often uses that as a negative point against mods. It bugs me when he laments that certain outfit mods aren't distributed to NPCs and the like... I don't think many people would like to see NPCs in the game somehow having/wearing something like the NCR Renegade armor. In the case of the second gun, for example; it's apparently based on a Soviet prototype that never saw full-scale production, so it wouldn't really make much sense to just have this thing all around 2287 Massachusetts.

There is one major detail people should know about that gunmod by Bugle. In its current state, the range is only 11. So, this will be very close range gun in its current form. You can even see it in the video.
The AO-46 is a real gun, a Soviet prototype that inspired the Soviet Army to later adopt the AKS-74U. It’s a very different sort of weapon that feels like it’d fit into Fallout very well

Honestly its very simple The simple downgrader and the backported BA2 plugin is all you need, you'll still get the new CC content and you can use the old F4SE and its plugins. The best of both worlds
@ I know I’ve done it before but i like to use wabbajack modlists then add my own touches to them and a lot of them require the next-gen version sadly. Ty though.
@@jackbrooking4754 The only next gen stuff you can't use is the f4se plugins, and all of them have old-gen compatible versions, I'm sure you can replace them easily. Anything non f4se that says needs the next gen version will be compatible with a downgraded game.
@TiepilotKV i had to delete all creation content from the directory for some reason having them after downgrading caused my game to crash when starting.
Given the malorian weapon is unique id just use ECO to give it 12.7 ammo. All of my balancing now days revolves around my balistic overhaul mod so for me a weapons base damageing is irrelevant, just what bullet it shoots. Its YK9's ballistic overhaul if anyone is curious.
