Jerry is so underrated, good singer,songwriter,guitarist.
Pepper Keenan is even more.
dude coulda been a grunge front man himself, he just happened to end up singing backup and harmony to the best grunge singer ever.
jerry is underrated. In my opinion, he's one of the most talented guitar players and all-around musicians that's been around, ever.
Forget everyone just look at King Jerry Cantrell...His voice is just amazing...His King!!!!

I love Jerry Cantrell bc of him I started playing guitar at 12 , he’s a really underrated vocalist/songwriter but I guess people don’t really know he wrote most of the songs for AIC. Him and Layne were amazing together, it’s like they’re 2 pieces of a puzzle that just fit so perfectly .... damn it now I’m sad 😔 lol
Jerry is my favorite guitar player ever.
He's the reason I picked up the guitar...he and Larry from Primus.

When Slash is on the stage, no matter how many guitar players are there, only Slash plays the solos and when Jerry Cantrell is on the stage, no matter there is a person only for vocals, Jerry sings the song... :)

Jerry Cantrell served as the lead guitarist, co-lyricist, co-vocalist and main composer of Alice in Chains until the group's near-permanent hiatus beginning in the late 1990s and leading through the death of lead singer Layne Staley in April 2002. Cantrell's guitar contribution gave a heavy metal edge to the band's basic grunge style.[7] The band reformed in 2005 with its surviving members. Cantrell played in a number of concerts with Alice in Chains featuring lead singers such as Maynard James Keenan,Mark Lanegan, James Hetfield, Phil Anselmo, Billy Corgan, Patrick Lachman, Scott Weiland, and William DuVall. Although Cantrell acknowledges the benefits of working as a solo artist, he expressed his happiness with being back in the band culture. On September 29, 2009, Alice in Chains, with William DuVall as vocalist, released their first record since the death of Layne Staley,Black Gives Way to Blue, and toured in support of the album.[8] The band released their fifth studio album, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, on May 28, 2013

Jerry has an amazing voice. He can sing anything - from The Doors, Thin Lizzy, CCR, Willie Nelson to Elton John songs and it would sound amazing.

This song is soooo amazing. My cousin/most influential person in my life passed away a couple of years ago. Right when I needed him the most, everyday I wish he was here. I always cry at the last verse.

You know? With all the bands like "Them Crooked Vultures" and "ChickenFoot" it'd be just phenomenal to see these people collaborate and share their masterpieces together.

I saw "Corey Taylor" and "Jerry Cantrell" when this came up on the side bar and got excited. I then hovered over it and saw Slash as well. Then I actually put it on. The only part about this video that I dislike is it cutting off. Best live rendition of the song I've heard that isn't by the original band.

the rime of the ancient mariner 7474 happens all the time @ live shows even when the original artists do their songs. live sucks if you want to hear studio. if you came for the show you should enjoy it. That is my opinion of it. That is why you see all the "big corporate " events like new years eve where artists lip sync their songs. So you hear the radio/studio version. blah..
