At this point, I don't think Theory understands what "filler" means to most people.
Dude it's called a build up come on man
He feels like every episode should have a big climactic
No Theory, sorry, but what you said makes no sense. This episode was literally the bridge between the whole season and the finale. In fact, they are looking for Tantiss since last season, and since Omega was recaptured that's been their sole objective and now they managed to find their way to the base. This simply can't be a filler
Exactly, usually theory is on this shit, but his take here is a bit shite😭
also icl i feel like the pen wall thing is a lead up to a test
The problem is having a 20 minute weekly release.
You're wrong. Theorys take is a W.
nah this episode was slow and garbage i agree it moved the story but it just wasn’t good
“Give us an episode on what asaj is up to”. So it’s bad when in Book of Boba Fett when there’s episodes about the mandalorian. But you want the bad batch to have episodes about ventress?
He’s such a hypocrite now LOL
“Nothing happened again” - The clones are actively attached to a ship going towards Tanttiss… I swear Theory is just someone who loves member berries and dislikes actual good story telling with characters that don’t scream nostalgia. Genuinely he has fell off so far it’s obvious…
@@rigby_rich3650for real, the man hyped the Ventress episode like that wasn’t the most filler episode we’ve had so far this season. (And I loved that episode btw but in the bigger picture of the season so far it’s not amounted to anything yet)
they still should’ve combined this and last weeks episodes there was no point to wait a week for more buildup
been a long time coming. been praying on the downfall since his audience and catering switched up to strictly bashing
He’s got the worst takes, this is one of the seasons best. The tension at the end was amazing. Ofc dude wants to see Assaj lmao jangling key cameos
He genuinely thought we were getting Darth Maul showing up
At the end of Ahsoka and was genuinely disheartened when they didn’t. Sums him up to a T.
@@e115masteryI remember that like why the hell would Maul come back? Is he stupid?
This is the guy who only gets excited for fan fiction stuff like maul and windu. Nuff said.
I mean I wouldn’t call it filler. It’s the calm before the storm, it sets up the finale.
this is why I stopped watching his live watch parties, cuz he and the chats reaction started to sway mine to much and started ruining the episode to much. personally I really liked this episodes because I can feel it boiling up to a crazy finally instead of rushing the story as Disney usually does. wish he could notice that
No lightsaber big booms = bad writing🤑🤑🤑🤓🤓
I feel like a year ago you would have liked this episode or at least not have been so negative...I also feel like your point of view has changed ever since you started doing those Monday shows (which you are no longer doing thank goodness) with those Star Grift guys. I slowly watched you become more and more negative. Hope to get the Star Wars Theory from years past. Come back to the light side brother.
Well said and i completely agree with 100% .I just wrote similar comment myself..All he does now is bitch about SW .
Here we go again. The Ventress episode was pure filler, if you think this week and last weeks episodes was filler, you're dead wrong. If all it takes is for them to shove a laser sword in your face, then they don't really need George Lucas or Dave Filoni to write Star Wars stories now do they? This is called build up, something that's used to tell a good story, horror films do it, so do other shows and so on. Anime even uses build up episodes. You're just having more bad takes and calling good storytelling "filler."
What is bro on about? 😂 this was not filler at all lol
What an utterly horrible take, Theory.
Loved the ep personally
Same
A lot of us did. If keys aren't jangled in front of Theory he gets angwy.
Theory I literally don’t get you sometimes lol.
This episode was good.
You want fat mace? Asaj? For what? Why on earth would you want fat mace..
Also why would you want to know what Asaj is up too? She has nothing to do with the story. You want them to get too the point but yet you want Asaj. Lol
Last week I didn’t care for but this episode was amazing and absolutely furthered the plot. This was in no case a filler. I’m 35yrs old so we’re both grown homie lol. Agree to disagree.
What does filler even mean to people anymore. If the story could be told faster than its filler? This episode actually did a lot for the bad batch which is what the show is about… same with andor, did that show have filler, I’d argue no, it delved deeply into the characters which requires restraint.
@@GoronMerchant well you’re an example of someone with a made up definition😂
@@GoronMerchant a simile is a figure of speech comparing one thing to another different thing, you didn’t do that.
@@GoronMerchanthey slow guy, that literally wasn’t a “simile”
@@windu2472 ^
this is why I love RUclips comments
You’re gonna find a lot of people who disagree with you about this episode being a “filler”, dude….
And a lot that agree, because at the end of the day this was filler.
@@fordos2121 At this point the word filler has completely lost its original meaning 😂😂😂 nowadays it just means “episodes I didn’t like” 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
@@Reidy12345 Hey agree to disagree🤷♂️
@@fordos2121 we agree on the fact that you and Theory are quite stupid
100% filler. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. If they wanted an series about a little girl and her emotional journey, then they should have called it "Omega & Simps" and got on with it. This episode was trash.
Theory and his chat have the absolute worst takes in history
I’m a big fan of theory but I definitely disagree with Theory here. Don’t even know how this is considered a filler tbh. I loved this episode. 8/10.
I liked this week & last week's episodes. Not every episode is going to be Luke Skywalker bursting onto the scene.
The story is building. This season has been great.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but Theory, you’re just dead wrong here. This was in NO way shape or form a filler. Just like last week wasnt filler. I’m so close to unsubscribing. Its just constant negativity here
i agree it wasn’t filler but the episode still wasn’t good
@@jackolantern823 see that’s different. I personally liked the episode. But if others didn’t like it, then thats fine too. But everytime Theory comes across an episode he personally doesn’t like, he automatically labels it as a filler.
Rampart is starting to grow on me. I was worried he was going to be another Agent Kallus and go full good guy. Which was fine for Kallus. I just did not want to see that repeat. But after this episode I do not see that happening which is a good thing. If he survives the last 2 episodes I see Rampart as becoming a rogue type character and showing up on other shows. No love for the Empire but no love for the Rebellion either. He is too pompous and sees himself better than both sides. However, he will find his new niche in the galaxy and become a player in the game. Doing what's best for him regardless which side it helps it the moment.
How is he getting away with these garbage takes? I'm not a hater and been here since the beginning. But I'm not going to sit here and let stupid comments pass. Honestly dude what is going on 🤦
Theory bro I love your content and watching your reactions and I'm a huge fan. But this was not a filler, a lot of stuff happened and was a great episode. It's a bridge to the last 2 episodes being action packed.
this was literally the most interesting "filler" episode yet. a 3/10 is outrageous
Wow what a bad take.
I used to enjoy his streams but now he just wants to be negative all the time
I'm convinced this guy has no idea how story formatting works lmao
He’s gonna cry again if he sees his mommy ventress or sum
“I can’t wear this. I was a Vice Admiral.”
“Yeah… WAS!”
“Nothing happened,” like bro, what is he expecting. All he wants is cameos from big characters and this season to come to a close. In order for the story to be correctly told they have to have some build up. It’s gotten to the point where the word “filler” just applies to any episode that doesn’t involve a cameo or a finale esc ending.
He just wants lightsaber battles
This episode was honestly a 9 out of 10. Most definitely not a 3 though.
Recently he has become weird. Like he is the main guy to make us think positive
This guy really fell off since Mark Hamill closed his mouth about his AI-made project 😭☠️, he’s full of awful takes and insanity now
What another dumb take from Theory
I may be in the minority, but i really liked this episode. It did feel a lot like star wars. Infiltration, high stealth, close calls. Also we saw a progression in omega’s character, you see her training, and her dna coming to play. She acted like a jango clone her. It goes to show when she needs to she can be serious, which we haven’t seen yet.
"Nothing happened again," says the same guy who loved the Ventress episode and stated out loud that he didn't care about her return making zero sense because she's just "too cool!" I legitimately believe that the only version of the show this guy would like is where it adheres to no logic and the characters just show up randomly with no explanation. Screw natural progression of the story, why didn't the Bad Batch magically appear on Tantiss instantly for the finale - that's good writing.
Like it or hate it, but don't go calling it "fiLLeR" just because it's moving slower than you want
Theory ngl doesn’t know what he’s talking about when it comes to shows and movies..he thinks cuz he made a fan film he’s an expert 😂
i swear this is the most ive seen echo do in the entire 3 seasons of the bad batch xD
Was thinking the same thing lol
That’s bc he’s not gonna die ;)
Yep! 😂
"Don't try and defend this episode--"
Cue the army of defenders. 😏
Army? Have you seen the Bad Batch ratings??? Lol nobody is watching
shit take bro I dont like disney but this was one of the better episode and bad batch 3 so far has been a blast compare to last two seasons
how was this a bad episode the tension felt good like I actually doubted for a sec they were gonna make on the shuttle
Theory L on this one. This episode was really good in my opinion.
Theory, not every episode is going to be an epic 3rd act climax. If it all this story-building "filler" bothers you that much, then just stop watching. I used to like these watch parties, but your impatience and negativity is making me want to stop.
At this point, I feel like Theory is just hating cos its Disney - he's not going to admit that he likes anything anymore because he's opted instead to contribute to the toxicity in the fandom. HE has his vision of what Star Wars should be and anything that doesn't fit that vision, is bad. I used to watch SWT and I enjoyed the content once. Glad I unsubscribe during Kenobi; his takes have only gotten worse.
Literally part of the plot and story in TBB is that Tantiss’ location is difficult to find. If they figured it out immediately then he would be bitching that it was too easy. They give us two episodes of spec-ops infiltration and he’s complaining.
Like bro’s standard of what constitutes as filler means that the entire LotR story up until Frodo and Sam infiltrate Mordor in orc outfits is filler
This feels like a two sided take. It’s filler, but I want more of this because I know it’s gonna end? Like what?
The comments here are wild. But I agree with them, this was not really a Filler. Last week, okay a little bit filler like, but this week not. I liked the ep. It was grim and the music was awesome
Alright Theory we gotta chill lol if the final two episodes don't deliver we will see
My guy they’re making their way to Tantis. Quite literally the start of the end
I hoped this season focust more on rex his clone rebellion only the bad batch is not enouge to get into the base
Yeah im kinda agaist you on this i get it they are short episodes but its a build up .
Thought this was a cool episode personally. Especially liked learning about that orbital base above Coruscant, why it was there and how it worked with Tantiss. Had cool jailbreak vibes.
I’m sorry theory but this take is trash
You’re ungrateful
Another poor take
Bro has L takes
End of a Season... Theory Flips the Script. Just like clockwork 🥱
That was my fav episode tf 😭
I wouldn't be super negative like Theory, while yes this week's (and last week's) episode had 0 character development for the Batch and even Crosshair, at least it keeps the tease and darker tone of this season, The Batch got information to where Tantiss is located as they sneek into an imperial space station and copple their ship into on the science freighter that headed towards the secret base. Meanwhile Omega prepares the kids to escape the facility. Now everything's been prepared for the epic finale that we're gonna get. And yes while waiting 3 weeks for the finale can be frustrating and I too wanted the story to move a lot faster in those last two episodes. I understand these are just two build up episodes for the finale. If which I can patiently await
Andor and Rebels had far worse filler episodes than this! Hell, every Cid episode from the first two seasons of Bad Batch was bad! 😂
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS
Always moaning. Why do you even bother? You don’t like anything and nothing Disney does is canon to you so why waste your time😂
it was a great episode, kida basic but action and THIS story in THIS episode was good and it moved.
Wait how is an episode where the clones literally sneak aboard a ship to Tantiss… what the entire season has been about… a filler? Come on man, i love you but really?
The pen part i get but it makes sense that they are making it hard to get to tantis
The whole series was very boring , even worse then Andor ..
you cant enjoy anything that doesnt have cameos 😭🙏
I hope the last 2 episodes are long.
Next episode is 24 mins. Don't know about the finale.. hopefully the finale is 30 or 45
Theory: "I want MORE...even though I know I shouldn't!"
The streaming shows just suffer way too much from episode length. Cut the number in half by pushing some together. A lot of the shows would be greatly improved by this alone.
I thought it was a great episode but felt it should have been longer. So stupid that Disney is adding commercials tho
Dude you have lost it. You are over the hill. The more they feel like Andor the more your takes suck. Typical prequal anpologist idiot.
The only thing I agree with Theory on is that they should've released this week's episode and last week's back-to-back. But unlike other fans, my feelings aren't hurt over hin talking shit about the episodes. We're all entitled to our own opinions. No idea why Star Wars fans get so melodramatic over this shit.
Couldn’t agree more. The pacing has been way too slow and definitely padding out the runtime with extra episodes we didn’t need. There’s not nearly enough action this season either. It’s the most boring season ever and they take way too long to get to the point.
I also thought it was a waste of time- S3 hasn’t been great for me. They drew me in with Asaaj and haven’t delivered
Silly take
I signed up for a show about "The Bad Batch", not a show about a little kid. To me, it's just more bait and switch from Disney. Same crap they did with Obi-Wan Kenobi, same bullshit they pulled with "The Mandalorian". I don't get it. They didn't do this with "Tales of the Jedi" or "Andor". How hard is it to give the audience what it advertises? Seriously... t f?
ok at first i hard disagreed with his take, but i understand where his coming from, with only 2 episodes left and this being the FINAL season of the bad batch it dosent feel like we're at the end of show it still feels like we're mid way. the ending will probably be rushed and unsatisfying because of all the filler episodes in the second half of the season
Yup, this show would be great if it was 5 episodes long. just stringing it along to keep viewership going is making it mostly boring.
The problem is we have to see the fate of Cody, how Wolffe turns away from the empire and the whole Clone Rebellion with Rex against Tantiis all in just 2 episodes. For a clone wars fan this was a letdown as this could probably be the last we see Rex, Cody and the lot for a while. Instead of having more episodes with the other clones we got sidequests for asaj and the asian bounty hunter lol. Not a bad season, nowhere as memorable as the last seasons of The Clone Wars
Too many Disney shills in the comments
Clone wars was to the point and action packed mini movies. No filler like this.
You’re delusional we had droid episodes where 3po and r2 crushed a tiny king by accident don’t be naive.
@@e115mastery that episode is straight up hilarious 😂
@@e115mastery Yeah, maybe I am just remembering the good parts, but to be fair that was a single episode just before Umbara.
I feel that with bad batch the only condense episodes are the start and the end with filler in the middle.
This streaming format extends things too much.
@@Luis-jl6oh Luis, go to sleep and never wake up again, please do it for us ❤️
While he is wrong about filler, he had a grain of truth in talking about the entire show. It does waste time sometimes. If they'd paced the season better i feel they probably could have given us a longer finale arc than just two episodes.
But working with what we have right now, i agree he is wrong, and we needed these last two episodes for them to prep to rescue everyone from tantiss
With disney streaming, it's to much filler
A lot of people disagree but I can agree with you here I get it’s build up but it does feel dragged on a bit
I disagree that this specific episode is filler, but I do think this entire season was basically filler, we started with omega trapped on tantis with the bad batch searching for her and were beginning the finale with omega trapped on tantis with the bad batch searching for her, everything in between has basically been filler but we did get a few questions answered and this episode is the one episode where they actually find information on tantis and are on their way now. so I see the point about filler eps but I think this one in particular was necessary
This episode just seems worse than it was, because the whole show blows
The episode was top tier 🗣️🔥🔥🔥
I haven't watched Bad Batch Season 3 and probably won't ever because I refuse to subscribe to Disney plus ever again, but from what clips I've seen online and reviews of the show, it seems Disney SW fans will quite literally watch anything with the Star Wars name attached to it. This show seems like a sloppy, lazy boring mess. Just like in the first two seasons, it seems nothing happens in 80% of the episodes.
